The shower was broken and there was a black ring around the tub. Also the hotel room phone didn't work at all. I called the desk with my cell phone. Room 307

I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t know the restaurant was closed for remodeling. The carpet could use cleaning.

We were originally given a room that was not suppose to be given out because of a defective door lock. The room had not been cleaned. We checked in at about 10pm but were not able to get my young children into bed until almost midnight because of this mishap.

We were given a new room after the problems we had. We were given a refund of 50% when we spoke to the manager regarding our problematic room.

There was no safe in room and no elevator so had to carry bags up the stairs. Wanted to use hot tub but was cold.

the staff was so unprofessional. they were not dressed professional, not friendly or customer service oriented. I waited an hour and a half for a king bed I never got. waiting in the lobby and they never checked up on me or gave me water they originally offered. they got rooms mixed up, other guests said there were people already in their room, key wasn’t working, etc. it seems like there was no management to oversee things. very disappointing because the room was nice and comfortable even if it wasn’t the room I originally booked and paid for.

The A/C could use an adjustment the room was pretty stuffy. Our power went out about 5 times throughout the night, so with the heat, it got pretty uncomfortable for awhile.

The room and bathroom were decent, nothing to write home about, but nothing to really complain about either. Everything was clean, staff was nice.

Called for a toothbrush and toothpaste but never received so went to the front desk to pick it up. The front desk apologizes for the non-delivery but just glad they did have it.

My room was nice and the view on the patio was fabulous. I did ask for no patio, however, I did get just that but glad, cuz enjoyed my morning coffee with the beautiful view on the patio. I was traveling alone and also got an adjoining room. So now had to worry about two extra doors. 🙄

Hot tub was out of order. Poolside furniture was old and lots of broken chairs. Dangerous to sit in the chairs due to sun worn.

Rooms were very clean and nice. Lots of trees and plants. Fountains and waterfalls were a very nice touch. Pool was big and the area was clean and lots of room

The exterior of the Four Points has gone down hill over the years. We have stayed there many times. The interior grounds are lovely, but the exterior of the buildings is in need of repair. The wooden railings look terrible. The metal railing by the exterior steps at Building 6 wasn't secure; someone who actually needed to hold on could fall.

The room was very comfortable. The bedding was attractive and the mattress was great. The pillows were too soft, for my preference, but there were two so I could double up. The bathroom was clean. The mirror was cracked but didn't impact using the mirror. Very friendly staff!!!

I understood that because of Hotel policies I was not going to be able to enter the room until my colleague arrived in 3 hours because the reservation was in her name. I asked her to please call the hotel the minute he landed and let them know she was on her way and that they could let me get in the room. That's what they advised at the front desk. My colleague called and Nancy hung up the phone on her which was definitely NOT nice. I don't know why she did it but that's not good customer service. Then we had a lot of problems with the room keys. They wouldn't work to let us in. And we had to go back to reception and ask for help. They acted surprised but then again we had to come back. After a day of work to be left out of the room was NOT nice. The only person who moved was a technician who knocked on the door trying to help but we managed to get in after the second visit to the front desk. And that was not the only day. Likewise, we reported a broken curtain from day 1 and nobody did anything to fix it and we couldn't close it 100% the three nights of our stay. Finally, during the night, we could hear people on the upper floor walking and moving things. Just the same each night.

The bed could use one more blanket, as this is still springtime. Also the hotel is overpriced in my opinion.

Good property and location, with a quiet room and services nearby. Close to freeway access, and lots of parking slots. Staff very courteous and helpful. Great checkout time of 12 Noon.

Price could be better. Have a nightly budget that this hotel slightly exceeds. Could stay here a lot more if price was a bit lower

The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. The floors in the hallway seemed somewhat dirty. The property in general seemed a bit run down and out of date.

I just needed a simple place to stay for a business trip. Got the job done! Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.
