Felt the ceiling height in the rooms were a little low to feel truly luxurious and windows are a bit small too and don’t open. Views from the rooms aren’t exceptional either - go for the bay view

Best swimming pool area in central Miami by a long way - Very large space with lots of palm trees and tropical birds and huge pool which doesn’t fall into the shade like those on the beach. Good poolside service too. Superb gym - Equinox - gets very busy at pre work and post work times though Very good quality food - b/fast and poolside lunches are excellent Great reception staff who are genuinely helpful Very comfortable beds

I dont like the porcelain unfixed dispensers for soap etc in the shower . When wet they get slippery and they are very heavy if they fall in your foot or smash in the shower . They should be heavy recycled plastic . Small point ! I do respect their big attempts to be eco .

Very professional service. Pleasant and flexible staff. Spacious rooms with varaible views of bay and city. Pool or bay are the nicest . At some levels city views look at the buildings next door. Great poolside and nice pool food . Well located near airport and good restaurants.

Housekeeping was agressive and tried to enter our room with a do not disturb sign up and texted me later asking if I wanted service. I asked them to stop texting and said I will let them know when I want my room cleaned. There was a bit of an upsell attitude at the property, but that may be a Miami thing. I received another text just before check in asking if we wanted to upgrade our room to a suite that was double the price of what I booked. I guess I thought that if you were going to offer an upgrade that it might be slightly more (or complimentary), but not double. There are not enough lounge chairs at the pool for guests and definitely not enough umbrellas. We were told the wait would be long, but it ended up only being 15 minutes, but the chairs were in the sun. I sat there for a bit but my husband didn’t. For the rest of the trip we used the pools at odd times just for a quick swim.

Hotel is really beautiful. The 2 acre grounds are gorgeous with 3 pools, although 1 is reserved for residents. The palm tree pool is great for relaxing and the pool was open 24 hours. The rooms are decorated to very high standards and feel very luxurious. The food at the Edge restaurant is delicious, and their bar is super fashionable. They are very dog friendly, which is perfect for us bc we travel with our toy poodles. The location is also very walkable to restaurants and shopping. We had great meals in the neighborhood based on the hotel’s food recommendations. Valet is fast and efficient. The gym is an Equinox a few floors below. Overall a wonderful hotel!

The one bar at the hotel was small for the size of the hotel and was always crowded at night. Perhaps open up the bar area, converting seating in the restaurant for the bar, to make the bar larger as the restaurant was typically not crowded but the bar was very active.

They unfortunately still use animal tested luxury brand "Diptyque" as their standard fragnances as well as animal tested "Kiehls" in the gym downstairs. It would be nice to see them switching to a cruelty friendly luxury costmetic brand like Aesop or similar. The sunscreen is from Sunbum which is awesome though!

Awesome Four Seasons hotel, did for sure meet the expectations which you have when booking it. Rooms are very tidy, spacious, 2 times cleaning per day and outstanding friendly staff. Would come definitely come again.

The quality of the services is high, although some improvements are needed when it comes to the staff. The difference between FS and the others is the happiness of their people, which I haven't seen it often, during my stay.

Even though the hotel is located right in the middle of the business district, you get the feeling you are in a resort. The outdoor pool located at the 7th floor, together with a luxuriant green vegetation and the ocean view, make you feel you are on a tropical island.
