They were doing construction. It was hard to find where to check in at night. Not clearly marked that you had to walk up to a check in window.

Hotel was undergoing renovations and some things needed upgrading or repairs: hall carpeting and sticking bathroom door for example, but nothing terrible.

Pet fee wasn't provided until you were checking in. Pet fee was very high, half the cost of the room. Exterior of building is in tough shape. Interior renovations in progress.

Room was a good size , clean and bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable . Location was close to town and highway. Breakfast was very good.

Outside of building needs repair but I believe they are working on that. Remodeling going on inside, but we weren't bothered because of the weekend time. Desk chair in room needed to be replaced.

Room was very clean, staff were kind and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast items were fresh and gave a variety of choices for every diet. Pool looked awesome though we didn't use it. Very close to town, and Thai Restaurant across the street was great also.

I wasn't really looking for things I didn't like.

The pool was warm and the windows opened, both major pluses in my eyes. Fitness center wasn't much but there are fitness facilities around. Planet fitness was my choice. A quick trip down 295 brings you to south portland, plenty of everything there.

The breakfast was excellent. Only thing is the room could have been a little cleaner, shower had hair in it and shower curtain did as well. Little paint as well goes a long way. Other than that all was great

Just needs some updating in the rooms but overall great experience staying here.

It’s in a great location, staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was really spacious with a couch and table to eat at. Desk to study at, and the bed was very comfortable.

Our rooms and the hotel were very clean. The location was perfect. Just down the road from the Freeport Shopping Village where there were plents of restaurants and stores to walk around and shop. We were about 2 miles from the village and other shops, so it was nice and quiet!

Just a bit run down. Carpets were filthy and there was a smell of urine in front of the bathroom door once I turned off the AC.

air conditioning needs to be cleaned, shower hardware needs to be repaired and bigger mat needs to be added floor slippery when wet.

Like everywhere they are short staffed, so our room hadn't finished cleaning when we got there but was done in short form. bed was comfy, walk in shower was nice but needs some TLC repairs. the people in charge of breakfest did a great job keeping up with food and cleaning.

Check in was terrible. I booked using Booking.com with a guarantee for a King room. Upon check in the clerk informed me that their credit card machine was not working and that in order to stay we would need to pay cash. She also said I could use the Booking app to pay. I have the app and I tried everything to pay for the room through this app. Another traveler and I tried to figure it out but could not. It was very frustrating and I finally paid her in cash because we just traveled so far and we were worn out. I think it was a set up so that they get the cash.

The location is great. Right across from Maine Brewing Company.

I was immediately turnoff by the clerk who made me wait while she finished her personal call on her cell phone before checking me in.

The breakfast items were replenished often and the fruits were fresh and firm.
