ice machine not working only 2nd level rooms available due to flooding from hurricane 16 months earlier and re-construction is going very slowly some of the clientele are longer term stays and attract sketchy people looking for drug deals and thugs looking for their money if you just need a clean bed and a hot shower for one night at a reasonable price, then this motel is passable.

Bathroom floor needed better cleaning . Grab handle in bath tub would have been helpful. We requested no stairs to climb but because conditions still due to the past hurricane the first floor rooms were unavailable, so we had to walk up stairs to our second floor room. difficult for us 80 year old people!

Pool was semi greenish, Pictures on WEBSITE ARE NOT Some Hotel. Seemed old and run down outside . Also, seemed to be more of a short term home for homeless than actual hotel for leisure or business

Have a list but I'll make it quick starting with Pictures on Website are of the newer location down the road PER STAFF member whom i spoke with it's NOT the hotel i booked. Rooms were worn down furniture was peeling, paint on bathroom roof was peeling and mold could be seen. The grey grout was black and dingy with mold. Bathroom door looked like something had scratched all the paint off on bottom and repainted. Overall land scaping was dry and just looked not done in a while. Deep end of the pool had greenish tint to it. Railing around pool seemed as if about to fall and the weird thing was it looked as if a few of the rooms were rented out as some type of shelter which absolutely fine, just let people know that when they are booking online. Overall was just run down, outdated and by far not the safest feeling place to stay. Sorry won't be going back there....

First room offered wasnt even furnished . Had to ask to be put in a room with made up beds. The room was sub par. Floor was filthy, the phone in the room wasnt operable. Pillows were flat as pancakes.

The grounds were atrocious!! How hard to sweep and rake. Room floors sticky dirty,smelled stale.

A little bit of mold and unclean around the corners. The freezer had inches of frost. Furnishings needed an update. The room worked fine for our needs (a little sleep before an early flight) and was as expected - we way overpaid but left satisfied. However, the ENDLESS SPAM EMAILS afterwards shows Wyndam has no respect for me or any guest or our time. We hand over contact information for a reservation & travel updates but it gets abused this way.

It was a place to stay and felt relatively safe. The bed was comfortable - the staff was super friendly!

I did not like the noise when I got into the room the shower was filthy the bed was rocky I told the front desk they were being loud on the stairwell by my door she did nothingI pay for three days I only stayed one night

Loud There was a sign that said no noise after 10 it was so much noise outside it sounded like people were standing in my room I couldn’t even get sleep this is no place you want to stay if you have to work
