Didn’t Know about extra fee/pay parking. Not included in room. Expensive and didn’t like that. Toilet clogged the first flush we walked in, but then was ok

The only thing I would change is we were 4 people in a 4 person room but only towels and wash rags for 3. Just something to think about for house keeping.

The location was the bonus. Walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola and lots of restaurants!!

Having to pay $40 per night for parking. Also, having to pay $17.95 per person for a breakfast that most hotels would give you for feee.

The staff was amazing! And the convenience of a restaurant located right in the lobby was great!

The room was not how I expended it to be. I reserved a spa bathroom tub and to me I was expecting it to be bigger for the price I was paying and it was just a regular size tub.

It was an easy walk to the state farm statium which is where the concert we attended.

Our only complaint was that the toilet in our room ran randomly all day long! Notified the staff when we left hopefully they fix it for the next guest!! Room 1105! We had to keep the door to the bathroom shut at night or it would keep you awake!

They messed up our key card and we needed to go back and forth with front desk to get it right. They also forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers (breakfast was included in our rate) and again we needed to head back to the front desk to get it resolved.

Location was top notch if you are heading to the Coca-Cola experience or the aquarium. Just walk across the street.

The heated pool was not heated, which was a let down because my daughters were really looking forward to swimming in December. However, the hot tub was nice & warm.

Our room was in a great location & had a wonderful view. We appreciated being right across from the aquarium & within walking distance of local bars & restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, as well!

Location in downtown Atlanta was perfect. The proximity to the venues we were visiting, such as the aquarium, was extremely convenient.

I wouldn't reccomend valet, I received my car back with significant damage on the rim, whoever drove it had scraped the rim on am edge and it looks awful now. Do research on where to go because none of the staff knew where to go for good food, live music or other entertainment. Breakfast must be purchased at check in, otherwise it's $17 per person.

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the city. Many activities, restaurants and bars nearby. The aquarium and World of Coca Cola is directly across the street from the hotel. Bonus!

Perfect location if you’re going to the Georgia Aquarium, Olympic Park, Coca-Cola…all right outside the hotel! Great breakfast. Great pool/jacuzzi area. Comfortable room.

Hotel did not have details of my booking, for example, the daily credit, $10 breakfast. I had to show them my booking paperwork which I am thankful I had printed in order to get these benefits. Took forever to get out of the parking lot due to not understanding you can only use the one key they program to get out and at the end of the stay having given back the keys. It took awhile to get assistance from assistant in order to leave the parking lot. This occurred both days.

Desk staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great. It was easy enough to self park, though see below regarding challenge to leave the parking lot.
