Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only thing i was bummed about was no pets. We still brought one. But there should be no reason for no pets rules. People travel with animal all the time. They are part of the family.
Location was was close to everything. Made travel easy. Place was clean.

Hard as rocks bed.
New everything but the beds felt like rocks, which seems to be typical. They had extra blankets which was nice. Even the door had a new sticker on the back. Breakfast had good options with hard boiled eggs, waffles, juice, yogurt, cereal. They also offered $5 off at Glenwood Hot Springs and that came with free towels, and was a block and half walk. Would rate the value , location, and safety as a 10. Beds a 0, I think they got them from Flintstones era.

Everything was just fine.
The breakfast was adequate. I was hoping for a hot breakfast however. The room was nice and the bed gave us a good night’s sleep.

Odd room layout with the bed pushed very close to the wall even though the room was large, which made it hard for one person to get in and out. Towels were very thin. There was no coffee available before 7am, no coffee option in the room. Fan in the bathroom was connected to the light and so loud! Shower was very difficult to keep the water from going out on the floor.
The room was spacious, had a microwave and fridge. Easy to walk to town. Parking at the door.

Family owned business, Everyone was super nice. The hotel's location was great. More importantly it was very clean. There was a nice little rooftop patio overlooking the mountains that was really nice. I would stay here again!

Little far from train station (walking) but that was not a huge deal.

The carpet smelled funky
The room was clean, and we enjoyed the amenities it comes with. Additionally, the location is close to the downtown area of Glennwood springs. They as well offer discounts for certain activities.

The room was small. There were many tiny flying bugs in the sink which I mostly got rid of them. The sink needs plunging down the dirt.

Our neighbor smoked cigarettes outside our window. We could smell their smoke. Maybe the customers can have a designated area 10-15 feet away from rooms that has chairs and tables for their comfort.
We really liked the large size refrigerator/ freezer. Nice professional remodel.

Very clean! Nicely updated. Comfortable bed and soft sheets. Thick fleece blanket if needed. Great little mini fridge. Plenty of water pressure and Dial soap and shampoo. Great breakfast area! Good coffee.

The Mexican restaurant over the road is to be avoided - expensive with poor, stodgy food.
A single night's stay. Comfy, clean room with good aircon and a good shower. Essentially a decent motel room which was fine for a single night. Good breakfast - standard American - and I was really pleased that they have cut waste to a minimum by using proper cups, plates and cutlery and a staff member employed to collect and wash up. (Too many hotels use single use items) Handy location - near the hot springs and close to the river walk.

Does not have the amenities that most hotels I stay in have. For example, the towels were a little bit thin and thread worn. The amenities did not include things such as lotion which in Colorado is a must with the dry climate. The TV was a little bit smaller than I'm used to however that's minor and doesn't really matter the little kitchenette was good.
Location was great, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean.
