The AC could be really loud.

Well situated, room was very clean and well positioned. We really like the breakfast at the restaurant with the amazing view. There was supermarket at walking distance.

All the steps were difficult for me. I’m wondering how when the extra 50.00 charge by Gouldings is going to be reimbursed to me?

    The view from my balcony!

It was just very "tourist town" type of lodging. All very mediocre.

It was conveniently located to Monument Valley.

Windows are draughty (we went in April) Restaurant was busy and understaffed. Seemed to wait ages for our lunch. We only used the restaurant once on ur visit, so they might have been having a ‘bad day’.

Been waiting 4 years to visit Monument Valley. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. Spacious, with dining table and living space. Sunset Tour (extra cost) was amazing. Very knowledgeable guide. Reception staff very helpful in suggesting things to see.

Kitchenette lacked a stove (just a microwave and fridge). No carving knives, but there was a cutting board. Cabin was next to the road, so heard cars coming and going to nearby cabins. Sunset tour was a waste of time and money. Should have just paid the $35 park entry fee and driven up to the look-out point.

Separate cabin. Small kitchenette. Two queen beds.

The restaurant staff seemed quite ambivalent about serving us. Consequently, we chose not to eat there.

View was great. Unfortunately, a grocery store and laundromat have been built right in front of the motel. It doesn't obstruct the sunset or sunrise view but does detract from it.

Few food choices specially for vegetarians.

The place is situated remote in monument valley and has very few restaurants. Maybe 2 ? The lodge was good as it was new with good facilities.

Blankets were poor quality and had holes. Towels were old and tired. Kitchen needed a better selection of plates. Expected a higher quality for the price.

Location was great, cabin had a great view. Beds comfy, with nice sheets. Staff were super friendly.

Very dated, throwback to the 70's. Rooms need some serious updating.

Location, awesome sunrise views every morning. I personally would rename the hotel, Gouldings Sunrise Hotel 🌞 Friendly Staff also only really good place to eat.

Unfortunately we had a slightly obstructed view to the valley, with many cabins with better view and clearly empty on the 1 night we stayed, I would’ve hoped to be given one of them, especially for the $280 we paid.

Our cabin was nice and big, parking right outside

The TV in the room didn't come with a remote, had to go to the lobby and asked for one. The pillows has tracking tags in them, guess some people were stealing them? You can hear all movement from above room, if that is a concern for you better ask for a room on the upper floor. Room is old but overall clean.

Excellent view from the room and close by Monument Valley. Parking available close to your room door.

It was well located for a visit to Monument Valley. It was a spacious unit, with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom, a little away from the reception, swimming pool and dining room, but that worked ok. We also did a Gouldings tour with a local Navajo guide, which was excellent.

Great location and restaurant was authentic local food. Kind staff. Older decor and rooms , but certainly comfortable and cheaper than alternative hotel in the area.
