One note: at least in the suite, there were no convenient outlets at the bed. That just is poor planning and should be easily rectified.

I always love the Graduate brand - it was a no-brainer to book this spot. The hotel was slammed the weekend we stayed; three different wedding parties were there. When we arrived, Jason at the front desk noted they were oversold, and he generously upgraded us to a suite. It was HUGE - two bathrooms! AC was cold, bed was firm, and the suite set-up met our needs. Loved it! The room was obviously a win, staff were friendly, and the location fit well within our plans. A great stay!

The cost did not match the hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is more along the lines of a Hilton Garden Inn (I have no problem with Hilton Garden Inn if that's what I'm paying for) that got new paint and "boutique" wallpaper. And the painting wasn't done well. The carpets were not vacuumed in the common areas. There was food and dirty towels in the hallway.

The food offerings at the restaurant were minimal. And the grab and go downstairs was mostly fancier items.

The family suite was incredible. A large room with a door and large bathroom and TV, and then the living room had bunk beds and another full size bathroom and a TV. Made traveling as a family so much easier. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it wasn’t explained how this worked when ordering at breakfast bar. The eating area was bare bones and freezing cold. Cold because automatic doors weren’t working and they kept a door propped open.

Wish there was more room for the valet service but it's a city so I didn't expect anything beyond what it was. That wouldn't have been realistic.

Everything was great. Comfy bed, clean room, and ideal location. Valet parking was chaotic due to the large number of people staying at the hotel but that was to be expected. The valet attendant I had the evening I arrived was the same one I had the next morning and he was so fantastic! Wish I could remember his name but he even made sure I buckled up for safety upon departure :)

37 dollars for parking . It should be free we are paying a lot for the room. It was not mentioned when booked because of that I would not recommend this facility

The decor is unique and fun. Lots of details went into the design including funky artwork, light fixtures, and trendy paint colors. It had a whimsical atmosphere. I would prefer having a coffee maker in the room instead of a tea pot. Otherwise, outstanding stay.

There is no parking, and the "valet" service is not included in the already very high price so they can just park your car on the street somewhere and they charge you every day. The valet guy at the door also neglected to mention how much it was and they stole the carabeaner off my keys. the room description was also very misleading, we were supposed to have a 2 bedroom suite, with 2 bedrooms and a sitting room. we'll it was 1 bedroom and a sitting room with bunk beds in it, the sitting room and second bedroom are the same room. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but it was not worth what we paid

They gave me a paper with information on amenities and facilities. The paper said the grab and go was open 24 hours but the person at the front desk told me it couldn’t purchase anything because it was closed. The bathroom was a little dusty and mini fridge still had left over drinks from prior guests.

The location was fantastic! And the rooftop pool just couldn't be beat. Sitting up there with the view of the city around you? That was wonderful.

No coffee in the morning in my room, they did have tea, but I prefer coffee when I wake up. The valet parking was pretty expensive almost $40 a day.

The rooftop bar was fantastic, the staff was really friendly, the shuffleboard table was fun, the soap smelled amazing!

My room was not ready when I arrived, but the team was nice and I was able to leave my luggage.

Great downtown central location - perfect for a weekend getaway. Pool was fun as well. The king suites are an awesome use of space.

I was charged for two days of valet service When in fact, they could not drive my car because it was a stick shift . My car sat out front. At one point, the car was blocking the driveway and I had to go out and move it for them… I asked for a refund and I’ve yet to hear anything

Everything is a bit outdated. The TV only had cable. The sofa in our room was worn. Not dirty or bad condition, just worn. The game room pool table could use updated cues and chalk. Lastly, our room had a musty odor. We didn’t notice it anymore within a few minutes of being there, but had to readjust anytime we reentered.

The hotel has a unique theme. The game room was a nice bonus. The rooftop pool and restaurant were both great, probably the best feature. The King sweet was roomy and comfortable. The restaurant has good food, and the breakfast buffet had more options than I expected.

The cleaning staff was loud and cursing while cleaning rooms and in the halls. They were not discussing work appropriate topics. The shower has shampoo and condition holders that were not clean and there was a used qtip in our shower as well. There were no energy drinks sold anywhere, which was tough

The front desk staff was wonderful. We liked the design and the location. The valet service was extremely friendly and did a great job.
