It is on the edge of town so you see the highway when you are sitting out.

First time staying in an RV. I like the isolation and personal space that comes with it. It was nice being able to grill out or cook inside. Having a fire was nice too. Having a shower house was nice since we had several people staying in our RV. Good hot water.

The main complaint I had was that the internet was terrible. I was trying to use a laptop connected and it was so slow as to not even be worth trying. There was also no easy way to connect my phone or laptop to the TV in the unit. I also wished we could have parked closer to the unit. It forced us to carry all of our luggage quite a distance from the car.

It was nice to have the cozy space, but yet to have bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and a table area was nice. I'd never been in an RV before. The place had a hard time staying cool enough in the Arizona sun, but we were out in the days anway.

Parking needs to be a little closer to some units just to unload your vehicle. Some of us are just not as young as we used to be.😆

The heating option in AC does not work at all. It was very cold at night. I recommend everyone to read the reviews and only book if you’re ok with the cold nights.

RV needs some TLC…clean but well used. Ask for all the rules before booking. Internet not reliable.

No smoking on the entire property except one area at the front of the park.

Not hot shower for very long time within the RV, but showers are available near the office. We were not able to close the window on the top of the RV, so there was light entering the room in the morning.

Shower head could use some tweaking as far as mounting. Shower leaked on to floor heavily and every time in use. It was not between the doors, it was from under Shower floor or wall next to cabinet. Could use towel rack next to bathroom sink on left side wall. Shower soaps were pretty empty and kept falling of... tight quarters, I get it.

Location was great to local everything. 50 minutes to GCNP was very reasonable. Staff was great. Had issues with getting heater to work properly. Staff came out immediately and fixed issue.

The heating system in the RV was not stable, we were so cold that we woke up in the middle of the night because the heating stopped. The staff onsite could not figure out the reason we could manually restart, but it still stopped again after a while..

The staff is very helpful and provided a lot of information about Grand Canyon. And I really like the public restroom located next to the office. It’s very clean and warm, and spacious to take a shower with the amount of hot water.

Could have been a little cleaner, wet carpet under kitchen table. I thought I booked the same RV I had from a previous visit, but I was wrong. Staff allowed me to change to the same style so it was greatly appreciated . Website descriptions of RV’s all seemed similar.
