An advertised swimming pool but out of service when wishing to use it. left out with the expectation of this amenity. Should be removed from the advertisement, so it's not a catch-22. The staff was weird, three young guys apparently from the Middle East, with unfriendly attitudes, very imposing, and demanding, judging every guess as if will be a problem for them. The room can be accessed from the back. Room with old furniture, with an old TV, kitchenette needs maintenance, a passable refrigerator with poor cleaning inside.

Next to the beach, ocean view from outside the room, somewhat quiet. great location with the need for real hospitality management.

Pool out of order, tv only had one working channel, smoke in room despite requesting non smoking room (and I have asthma), a bit out of the way to walk to centre of town

The room was very clean but there was a dead cockroach in 1 of the drawers and 1 was crawling on the bed when i was eatting my left overs. And then i seen 1 crawling on the wall by the TV. Besides that it was fine.

The ax did not work like it should have. We had to buy a fan just to be semi comfortable. We asked multiple times for it to be looked at or fixed. It was said there wasn’t anything wrong with it but another room was so much colder with a working ac.

Location was beach front. Staff was nice for the most part. Smoking was allowed on property but not in the rooms.

Booked online. Pictures are not what you see in person! Thousands of little bugs in our bathroom and 'living' room. Our bathroom shower wall had patch work on it. I was asked why I needed an extra blanket when it's so hot out. ? I don't need a reason thanks! Paid 500+ to much. Would not recommend. Oh, can't forget our door we could literally see out of!

we found a roach in one of the drawers so we took all our clothes and kept them in our bags. the microwave was unplugged. the shower water would not turn hot and was only around 75°F. the beds were super uncomfortable and personally i wouldn't walk around the room without shoes. the toilet would sometimes not flush and would need a bit of time before trying again. we stayed with just lamps as our light as the only overhead lights that turned on were in the bathroom.

i loved being right there on the beach, the room did what it needed to: be a place to stay for a few nights while on vacation. the water pressure in the shower was excellent. relatively clean besides the roach we found in a drawer, we didn't see anymore after that and kept them in mind when we were handling our food. we kept our food things in the bags we brought them in

Almost no parking, we were told one of our vehicles had to parked elsewhere or it would be towed. The mother I would assume of the person working the front desk was very irritated. Looks like some people live there, so not super welcoming for guests.. and the "residents" were sketchy. Room was cleaner than expected but still really not great. Hotels these days really suck in Florida. Also their check out time is half an hour earlier than any other hotel and their was a surprise $50 deposit that was not mentioned before arriving. Gotta love Dirt-tona

My refrigerator was nasty, the toilet didn't flush, couldn't get TV to come on, the tub filled with shower water an didn't drain, didn't have afull body mirror,an toilet wasnt cleaned...

Unit was not clean. TV not working - Both the electrical and cable jacks were not plugged into the wall - Attendant said the cables must have been unhooked due to cleaning, however the dust behind the sitting chair was excessive! These units are not being properly cleaned. Cockroach found in the tub. Toilet paper holder was broken. Street noise all night long. I can understand this from a $50.00 a night hotel room, but not from one that was $111.00. The pool was not heated. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they can only do so much. I would think twice about staying here on the weekend when the Trucks are gathering. Booking.com you did me wrong on this one!

The room was old and outdated there was mildew above the shower and the closet didn't have a handle!

The Price until Friday they went up on the rate because of Labor Day which is stupid and charging more than 4 star hotel's I probably won't stay there again!
