The location isn't great at night, but I never felt unsafe.

The room was clean and quiet which was nice because it was on a busy street. It was a decent-sized room with a shower in the bathroom. It also had a coffee maker in the room which was nice to have.

We faced the busy street across from the hotel, and unfortunately could hear everything happening on the main road after the bar let out.

If the bathrooms had the full sized shampoo/conditioners/body wash mounted on the shower wall instead of the single use products. Its nice because you can use what you need and they are better for the environment

Everything was amazing!!!! The staff, the breakfast, the room….everything was perfect. The breakfast deal they have with twisted tree is amazing. The staff is the most helpful and cheerful people.

There was frequent homeless people around, but honestly not really there fault. Also on a better note staff was very vigilant at keep them away from building.

Soon as we arrived we received complimentary drinks.Staff was very friendly and inviting. Asked for an upgrade room and they did at no charge. The room was very clean and very nice.They offered complimentary breakfast and brought to our room. We will be staying there again if in Great Falls.

The thing that needs to be understood when booking is that this is a boutique hotel, so the rooms are a little bit smaller than regular hotels. That being said they are decorated very nicely and they feel comfortable. But if traveling with a family it would be tight. I said the location was a pro but it was also slightly a con because they are close to some bars and on the weekend nights it could get a little noisy and you have to deal with sketchy people. This is obvious not the hotels fault but something to be aware of.

The best thing about the property was the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. I needed a bigger room for me and my son and they upgraded me to king room as soon as one became available. The location is great as you are in walking distance to some good restaurants and shops.

We wish there would have been a hot tub, but we also understand this hotel has been restored and it would be difficult to create a room for a hot tub/sauna in the existing building.

The ladies at the front desk were exceptional! We were greeted and offered wine, beer, San Pellegrino, and water. The ladies also explained everything about the breakfast and other amenities. They were so friendly! The beds and pillows were very comfortable - much better than your standard hotel.

A beautiful renovation from a motel to a hotel. Loved the layout of the room. Bed was super comfy. Had in house laundry facilities that supplied everything if you needed to wash clothes. Simple gym room that wax open 24 hrs. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Was great to be able to order in. There were lots of nearby amenities. I felt that the area was safe enough even being downtown! I live in a large city and wouldn’t be downtown at night, but I would walk with my husband at night here.

The location of the hotel was fantastic lots of restaurants and stores and casinos in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel. Was renovated a few months ago and looks fantastic

The room was not large, but it was so well designed that it seemed much larger! Everything you could need to be comfortable was there! The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful! Ready with a welcome beverage when we arrived, and the breakfast we ordered delivered to our room was delicious!!
