It was clean and OK for a budget hotel.

First room smelled like urine. Dog? Shower heads were extremely short. Had to bend over sideways to wash my hair lol.

The attendant was responsive and listened to our concerns and got us a new room. Hotel was quiet and we slept well with the dark curtains.

The room had a bad smell, we had to open the window and my husband sprayed some of his cologne to mask the odor. The beds looked rumpled and the fitted bottom sheets weren't even put on all the way. There was a woman in the parking lot who seemed to be almost living out of her car and had piles of clothes and toys strewn about the outside of her vehicle.

Good location, breakfast was all right.

walking up stairs it doesn't mention that there is no elevator for use. Also waffles good but no milk. that's wrong

Rate was over twice as much as it should have been according to pricing found after the free cancellation period. Staff was friendly. Facilities were older, worn, dirty and in overall poor condition.

Our room was really dirty, when qe moved our bed a little bed there was food under the bed and wrappers, that was disgusting

I was told I was getting a military discount but the weekend manager refused to accommodate says it was only during the week, I would have booked else where had I was told it was only during the week, misleading and I'll make sure to spread the word to my Military family not to stay there.

Location to good restaurants and quick access to I90.

Beds were very hard and the pillows were awful. Air-conditioned sounded like a semi truck.

The rooms were dirty, beds uncomfortable, outdated AC the temp would change on its own our room was at 89 when it was in the 90s outside, breakfast was very limited and gross, you get locked out if you aren't in by 11pm and have to wait for staff to let you in

Room door doesn't lock properly Deadbolt wouldn't close. Recliner should be taken to dump No soap or toiletries until requested. Unit run down.

The entire facility appeared out dated and in need of renovation. While the room ac units worked well, they had open air gaps on both sides that were not sealed between the unit and walls and would have certainly permitted any critter/pest up to the size of a mouse to enter the room (thankfully, NONE we're seen). Every carpet/floor was grimy and in need of vigorous professional cleaning, if not full replacement. All areas smelled dank and the room smelled of past cigarette smoke. At best, we were thankful to have a place to rest and wash up.

The front desk staff were very friendly and charming. The room ac units kept the room very cool. We had hot water and excellent wifi.

It's the cheapest place I could find relative to my travel location. Waffles is the only hot breakfast item. Hot eggs and sausage and potatoes would have been nice to have. Location is next to gas station a bit noisy.

The mattress was horrible. They didn't have the room stocked with towels for 2 people for 2 days considering they don't check rooms during your stay. Also no fan in the bathrooms!

No elevator. Key card to get into the building was touchy and hard to work. The shower head is mounted too low even for an average height woman. For someone tall it would be uncomfortable. Found somebody's old coffee in the microwave so their cleaning is not very thorough. That would be gross any time but during a pandemic is inexcusable. Very noisy. Granted that is other guests not the facility but none of the staff seemed to care about barking dogs or groups of people hanging out in the hallways talking, laughing, and playing music until late at night. As a woman traveling alone braving a group of loud men who are drinking is not really comfortable or advisable so I put in earplugs and coped. I really think if the facility wants to have a reputation as being nice they need to politely request that guests be reasonably considerate of others.

Lovely location. The room was not spectacular but was comfortable and a a good value for the price. The bed was comfortable. Nice desk and work chair. Another comfortable chair in the room. On-site laundry coin-op laundry is available which can be helpful after a day biking or hiking, especially if things get wet or muddy. The few staff I had contact with were polite and friendly. Breakfast was not amazing but was better than the continental breakfast mentioned at booking. You can have a fresh waffle with a wide variety of syrup flavors.

Breakfast could have been a little better for the price. If Breakfast is from 6-9, there should be enough food to last through that entire window of time. Not just waffles at 8:50.

The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans. All of the rooms and furnishings are old, dated, and overused. The property is in dire need of renovating.

They are in a good location, right off of the freeway. Their staff was helpful, polite and accomodating
