The value--it was a comfortable clean room for a great value. Also they had a hot tub.

Maintenance to the room: no safety door latch, bathroom Bathtub drain didn't seal so it leaked all the water out as it was filling, the door to the jacuzzi tub wouldn't close and tape was used for it

Spa bath in room, good breakfast with options that were both hot and cold, bed was comfy

The room wasn't as clean as expected. Food left in fridge from last guests, trash behind tv stand.

I enjoyed the helpful staff, I enjoyed the location of this facility for what my trip needed.

They were updating the entire building furniture and boxes everywhere construction workers as well breakfast was warm and fairly good for free breakfast, but the food was marginal, and the selection was good but far from great the eggs tasted like they were powdered and no hot cereal that sort of marginal.

They were doing some remodeling. The char they chose for the room is terrible, can't sit in it. Hard as a rock,horriblè.

Change US transportation to be based on train travel not cars, so that freeway is eliminated. lol. Offer other hours for swimming, especially because there's no lifeguard anyway.

The freeway hum is always there. The pool is wonderful, but only open 10am-10pm. The afternoon staff was extra courteous and pleasant: thank you.

We had a double king suite that did not have a sofa bed (that was suppose to be in the room) or anything to sit on besides the bed. Paid more for less furniture.Large open empty space which might seem nice for some it wasn’t the best when having a family and needing a place to sit comfortably. The pool was closed in the morning. The breakfast closes at 9am we showed up at 820am and nothing was stocked pretty much out of everything. We asked if they could bring out anything even more pancake batter it felt like it took forever and that was all they brought out.

The front night clerk was super amazing and helpful. She was thoughtful about things to do while staying at the hotel with kids. Always smiling.

Fitted sheets did not cover old mattress. Seeing old mattress not attractive. Old and grimy chair in room. Holes in shades. I call this the not so Quality Inn. Have stayed in much better kept properties.

Some staff was snobby. There was ants in the room I believe I got food poisoning from breakfast Monday morning my grandson and I both got real sick after we ate breakfast that day. Pool was closed first 2 days we were there out of 3 days

The air freshener in the air conditioner/heater was nauseating. My mother has severe allergies so this was very unpleasant. We opened the window instead.
