The ceiling not very sound proof. We were woken up every morning by the sound of heavy foot traffic and the floor creaked with every step.

Very unhappy that bookings.com hadn’t pushed my reservation, made days earlier, through to the Holiday Inn!! The front desk had no record of my reservation. Luckily, they had one room available, or my daughter and I would have had nowhere to stay for our weekend!! Unfortunately, I’ve had this happen before, but thought it was a fluke miscommunication, but have learned this situation happens regularly with bookings.com. I will be leery from now on.

at check in the young lady seemed preoccupied and i was not a priority i was not allowed to pay cash for the room as per the young lady we only had one shower towel and had to ask for another

Their is no nice way to say this but my face towels were filled with pubic hair... yes filled... I kind of expect one in a towel but more than 10 is simply disgusting. Someone should have seen that. Also the hotel is super small, I'm a single woman and ended up with a room on the first floor of the hotel. This was a first for me and I really couldnt rest because of it.

Breakfast was really amazing, everything was hot and fresh. in addition, the room was spacious. The desk staff was knowledgeable and quick to check me in. When I had a concern, the desk staff listened empathetically and called me back with a resolve afterwards.

The jacuzzi was broken rooms smelled like cigarettes and they wasn't thuroughly cleaned.

No bathtub in the room. When I called the front desk they had no rooms available with a bathtub. The only way I could get one is if I upgraded to a jacuzzi suite for another $100. Also in the morning the breakfast bar was out of scrambled eggs by 8:30 a.m. The breakfast bar was open until 10:00 a.m. A little bit disappointing. This is the second time I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and there were issues with the breakfast.

I didn't like how the TV in my room was not setup when we got in the room. I did not like how the jets on the jacuzzi did not work. I also did not like how the pull out couch was wired together so that we could not use it. I also did not like how the main lamp for the room had no light bulbs in it so we could not use that as well.

I liked how clean the room was because it was newly remodeled. The staff was amazing and they helped us out as much as possible. The breakfast was also amazing.

There were no washclothes or hand towels in our room. I had to go request them at front desk. There was also no blow dryer. Every hotel I've been to ALWAYS has a blow dryer so I was quite shocked when there wasn't one there and I didn't bring mine. I'm not sure why one isn't provided but that would be a negative if not provided.

Breakfast was good except pancake machine kept failing for some reason but staff were trying to get it working. The rest was very good. Rooms were clean.
