The restaurant was substandard, only 2 staff on and manager was one of them. She said I will get back over when I can...finally when she came back food was cold and turkey was dry. Dogs barking on our first night, staff said that they will check on it. Nothing done. No valet parking, also bathroom was very very small. Lastly no phone in the room had to go down to the desk for any issues/requests

No free breakfast. It was not discussed that parking is free after a certain time of year before you buy their pass.. The bar food was fantastic but the staffingbwere under par and inexperienced. This place desperately needs new carpet. Its nasty nasty nasty.

The staff for breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Excellent views.

More towels at the pool.

We didn't like our room. But the staff helped us get into a better room. We know that the hotel is short staffed. But they did help out with whatever we needed. The staff are all ways friendly and very helpful.

The staff at the lobby was not friendly, the only option was valet parking. The towels had hairs.. The restaurant service was very slow and the food was "bar food" and over priced. It seems to be understaffed

Didn't know the South tower had such small rooms . Felt boxed in . electric outlets in 312 are loose and a lot have only 1 socket working. Next time North tower only. Toilet was made by a toy company .

Hallway rugs were grossly stained. Pool was green and area around it old and dark.

I didn't like all the stains on the carpets on the walkway between floors. I also didn't like the grey painted doors, it looked like a prison inside.

The breakfast, which was served in an off the street cafe, was awful, really greasy. I couldn't eat it.

Price, people smoking on our floor and in pool area. While sitting on balcony, upper floors were dropping coffee, towels, shirts and water bottles from their rooms, some landed on our balcony when I was out there. We left a couple days later and garbage was still by pool area .

Close to beach and restaurants. Parking and drivers were excellent.

Outdoor partial ocean view, Would have been nice it had an awning. There was a women who was a manager outside bar She was terrible to a customer that came in No need for how she dealt with that.

Could literally hear EVERYTHING through the walls from the room next door until all hours of the night. Also pool was disgusting.

Balcony has no privacy and literally see everyone next to you, above and below. Could easily climb onto others balcony. Deck bar was closed.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned more; in the corners on the floor, CLEAN air vent, and the shower. No available outlets to plug in the coffee maker that is provided; and to plug in other personal devices. Rugs in the hall ways should be steamed cleaned and/or replaced.

The front desk person wasn’t very friendly. I felt more of an inconvenience to her which was sad considering she’s in customer service. The room was small for the price.
