It wasn't immaculately clean in all public spaces (elevators, lobby restrooms), but I blame the guests more than the hotel. And it wasn't bad.

Breakfast was incredible. Room was attractively appointed and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Ever since housekeeping changed during COVID, the halls have had an odd smell, but this time it seemed somewhat improved.

We've stayed here many times when taking our son back and forth to Oberlin. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are pretty good for the price. We really appreciate the tea and coffee in the lobby.

We've stayed at this hotel many times while our student was at Oberlin, and it's declined a bit over that time. They don't keep up the rooms the way they used to: the bathroom had a slightly sour smell, and the toilet seat came off its hinges more than once.

The staff are always friendly and helpful; we really appreciate them. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably clean, and there's always coffee and tea in the lobby.

We did not like the fact that our room was not cleaned daily unless requested. When you pay 188.00 a night it should have been cleaned without asking. We wlould stay there again

It isn't so much I didn't like it, but the one area I felt could use a bit more help to meet the normal standard I have found in other properties. The room was clean enough. We didn't find pikes of dirt or such. While I would not mark it a 7 it was not a 10.

The staff, location and breakfast were exceptional. The public areas (including elevator) were very clean. The breakfast staff kept everything well stocked and there was a great variety. The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable.

We traveled for a funeral and we weren’t given the discount which is a standard thing. Lady at front desk wouldn’t offer me the discount even after I asked for a manager.

The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was literally the as the one we got at cheaper hotels during our trip. We expect more from Hampton -eg real as opposed to powdered eggs, more than one meat choice etc.

Something needs to be done about the pavement leading to the motel. I don't know who owns that portion of the property, but it is in a state of neglect and disrepair. The potholes pose risk to vehicles passing in and out. This is a longstanding complaint which obviously has gone unanswered.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and offered a variety of well prepared foods. Staff were friendly and customer focused. Facilities were up to the highest standards.

We have our annual Christmas party there and I don’t understand why we can’t get a discount on rooms. We were not able to check into the hotel until 4:00pm because the electric was off. We called ahead to make sure we could check in early because we were driving in. As it turned out, we didn’t have much time to get ready/shower before the party. The party room was way too hot ! You need to be able to open windows or turn on AC in there. it needs more than 2 waffle makers because it takes 4 minutes to make and everyone else is finished eating by the time you are ready to eat.

it was clean and the room was really big. The breakfast was good as well. We had our Christmas party there that night and the party room was nice and clean.
