The only thing I did not like were the beds. Very hard mattresses, it was like sleeping on a rock. I was tossing and turning all night.

Poor water pressure, room not prepped for number of people staying in room. Free breakfast was running out of food and coffee requiring asking for multiple items by multiple people staying there.

The only fault was the room smelled like stinky feet. They need to either remove or clean the carpet.

Housekeeping didn't properly stock my room with soap and toiletries. I had to ask Front desk to replenish when i checked in and inspected my room. Also didn't like that I asked for bed to be made the next day and it wasn't done. Breakfast items could use more variety and elevator runs slow sometimes. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Room assigned was clean and comfortable with an updated thermostat. The fitness center was clean. Lobby was clean. Friendly staff. Ample parking. Location is close to nearby food outlets and highway.

One of the elevators ran a little slow and light for the 1st floor button wasn't working well. Also, front desk staff usually came from the back so there was no one ready to greet you as you came in. Sometimes I had to wait for someone to appear if I had a question or needed extra towels. One issue I had was not being able to get my bed spread. I know I was only staying a short time, but explained to the front desk gentleman that I only needed bed changed on the 2nd day. He said ok and said he would put in the request, but no one came. Even if they were short staffed for New Year's Day it was a small request. They could have simply told me they couldn't do it. Communication is always key. Breakfast was mediocre. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and this one probably offered the least. Also the thermostat in the room could work better. It was a cold two nights due to the cold front we had and the heat in the room seemed to come out funny with weird circulation that made the room very stuffy. I know here in Florida it may not be used as often as the cool AC option, but i kept getting up to adjust it in the night. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was pleasant and ample parking in the parking lot.The hotel room I received was very clean, including bathroom. Although i had to run water in shower a few minutes for hot water to kick in.The fitness center was nice and equipment worked well. Hotel has a pool and hot tub outside, but because I went out for New Year's eve i never got to try out. Staff was pleasant to deal with. The hotel location was close to the highway and other outlets, including a Cracker Barrel. My floor was quiet as well. I would definitely choose this location again.
