We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was great. No complaints there. Staff is exceptional, very friendly, attentive. Did not enjoy the beds, too firm. Had trouble negotiating the TV remote. When I hit GUIDE, nothing happened. Took me awhile to figure out how to change channels. The handle on the door next to parking area broke off. When we returned to the hotel on Saturday night, it was gone.

The staff and the breakfast was great. So glad to have 2 beds- I like to stretch when I'm in bed. The only issue I had was the bed was too hard for me and I didn't sleep well. That was my only issue.

United StatesWe lost power for 8 hours, and we were under a tornado watch. The staff seemed unprepared and did not know the emergency plan for if there was a tornado or if the hotel even had one that was concerning in itself. The hotel seemed understaffed and did not alert customers about the power outage or honestly anything. Nothing was put in the stairwells for safety or light. People and families had to use flash lights or their phones. Honestly, the staff seemed unconcerned about the people staying at the hotel at all.
The breakfast was convenient and good. The pool was clean. The rooms were clean and large.
