Very typical stay, room and public spaces were clean and neat. The hotel is located close to the highway and a good location to explore the area. No surprises with the room or breakfast. The experience met my expectations.

We were right across from the staff laundry room and they were very loud early in the morning. The hot breakfast food was old and hard. Couldn't even saw thru the French toast.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean.

I would have liked something closer to Mohegan Sun and a free shuttle. The drive to and from Mohegan Sun at night was nerve wracking.

The room smelled like wet dog, i thought it would go away and it did not, but Jose switched us into another room without a question. The new room was amazing, Only down fall was the overwhelming smell of weed coming through the vents .

The staff was amazing. Everyone needs a Jose at their hotel. He was a One man show. He held it down and all while having a smile on his face and being so friendly and helpful. He made the whole trip a great experience! Thanks Jose!

The sliding door for the closet / bathroom was nice but it didn't really close all the way when using the bathroom.

Loved the desk with the outlets and charging station between the beds. Loved how it pulled out! I know it sounds silly but we were very impressed. And the storage areas, fridge, wire pull out drawers, and the bathroom set up was great! very impressive and so well thought out! Also loved the coffee and tea station in the lobby. Great selection and thank you for including honey!!!!!!!

The pillows were flat and not comfortable and the lighting in the king suite, particularly the living room and the bathroom, was limited and truly pathetic; It was dark and the window was small allowing little natural light. It was a busy weekend but there was limited seating in the breakfast area. The bathrooms had rolling barn doors rather than actual doors that close properly and therefore didn't provide adequate privacy.

Staff, from the front desk (Darian & Abby) to the Kitchen (Marta) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our king room and the king suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and they changed the hot food daily over our 5 day stay.

I didn't like that the pillows smelled like someone's BO and had dried blood on 1, but we were promptly given clean ones when we asked. Wasn't keen on the barn door for a bathroom door that doubled as a closet door. It had large gaps on the sides.

Convenient easy check, room and bathroom was a great size, staff were all very nice, beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. Water pressure was great and I didn't even hear any hallway activity.

Would like a little gift shop or able to buy Connecticut key ring or momento in the hotel. Also include bacon and bagels to breakfast menu and a microwave to reheat. Otherwise everything else was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely recommend and definitely book again. Thank you!

Very nice. Excellent staff and service. Very comfortable stay. Asked for 2 rooms on the same floor and got it!!! Check out was quick and easy. Staff professional and pleasant. Beds extremely comfortable. Rooms Clean and wasnt afraid to lie down and sleep in the beds. Thank you!!!! Just need to add a small tube of toothpaste possibly to amenities. Thank you!

The halls smell like cigarettes and the one working elevator sounds like it’s going to send you to your death.

Loved the pool though it could have been warmer. The bed was fairly comfortable.

The indoor pool was extremely cold. I was told I could check in earlier when I first got there and was told I get a call back in a half hour. I called back 3 hours later after not getting a call and was told the room wouldn't be ready until after 3. So, that could have been better.

My room was next to the elevator and over the fitness room. Kind of noisy. The entryway smelled like smoke. The staff was okay. Not mean but not over friendly either.

The location was perfect and the room was clean. The breakfast was nice to have to save some money. The ladies serving breakfast were very nice.

the breakfast was ok, not many choices. personally requested room service at the front desk and didn’t get it. i had to take all the dirty towels down to the front desk and ask for clean ones. didn’t get the trash emptied or the beds made do not like the bathroom doors. they slide open on their own. very little privacy

I enjoyed the hotel but the breakfast was disappointing there was very little fruit, half the juices were like water, it was not busy yet they ran out of food.
