You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe thing I didn't like was the 4 men sitting outside the entrance ( on property grounds) with cases of beer, smoking and drinking. We left the hotel to go to dinner at Ruby Tuesday at 8pm which is within a very short walking distance and when we returned it was dark out, the 4 men were still hanging out drinking, smoking and loud, right at the entrance. They did say something to us, but we ignored while we had to walk by to enter the hotel. I I did not feel safe walking past them. In fact hotel locks the front doors which put a red flag in my mind. The Hotel should do something about this...guest should not feel unsafe entering or exiting the hotel.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was helpful, professional, good selection for free breakfast, food was fresh, coffee was good, lobby was clean, pet friendly and has a pool ( which we didn't use).

United States of AmericaI really didn’t like how they said my stay was going to be $360. Then when I checked in it was $420 they never put the rest back on my card after check out! The pool was dirty. The staff wasn’t very informative on anything you had to ask them questions about everything but they were nice.
I loved how clean the rooms where also how quiet it was.

United States of AmericaSheets uncomfortable, washed in harsh detergent, conditioner but no shampoo, direct tv did have many HBO channels, but also had a dozen religious channels and endless sports programming. Not a great selection. I stay at many Hilton properties. They are consistently great and have many perks. This one missed the excellence mark.
Location great, room quiet, room immaculate, nice fridge and microwave. Adequate usb ports and Wi-Fi fast. Check-in and checkout was a breeze.
