The pool was said to be heated but I don’t think it was heated much. Also my room had a large spill of some sort alongside of the bed, which was uncomfortable however because our trip wasn’t too long, we toughened it out and laid towels on the floor to avoid it. The staff did off a large fan to help but it would have been very loud.

The Staff were friendly; and the breakfast was very good- red velvet waffles and vanilla waffles were delicious. I also like that the property wasn’t too far from Disneyland and not too close to be caught up in the tourist attraction traffic.

The bed was a little too soft for my partner's taste, but it was fine for me. I would like some signs on the hot food items at breakfast to help people with dietary requirements.

The room was lovely, had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate at reception which was nice after a long day and coming back late. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection of items and restocked quickly when running low. Handy location, close to shops and Disney. Plenty of parking and pretty quiet as it's set back from the road and is backed by offices so nice a quiet over night.

The beds were really hard, I wish they were more comfortable. Maybe change mattresses.

It's a big plus with a warm breakfast included. The location is very convenient. Located right in a plaza, you'll reach several restaurants in just 3 min. walking out of the hotel.

We checked in around 4pm and the front desk employee did not seem friendly or welcoming. Very short with her directions and responses. The bed was not comfortable and should be replaced. We've stayed numerous times and the bed was comfortable all those times.

Staying there would have been great if the mask wearing request the hotel itself was doing would have been reminded to all guests not wearing masks - it was not comfortable grabbing breakfast in rush just because others were not wearing masks.

They gave us a room that wasnt clean. Had to go back down to the lobby with our luggage to let them know. It was just too much after a 2.5 hr drive there. Also checking out took over 20 mins since there was litetally no one in the lobby. I had to go into the breakfast are and knock on the kitchen door to get someone.

My family enjoyed the breakfast.

Breakfast was ok; waffle maker, some fruit, and cereal. Breakfast was 7-9, wish it had stayed open till 9:30 or 10. Would have loved if they had more selection of fruit and eggs/omelets, but overall was good and clean. Had an issue where I unexpectedly needed to leave sooner than my 9 day stay from Booking.com reservation and the hotel would not refund any of those days, so that was a bummer, but I understood, since I didn't book directly with the hotel. Wished they could have worked with me. Other than that, the stay was very nice.
