Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Took 30 minutes to check in. Lady at desk was very nice but never heard of Booking.com. Took long time to get in even though I was only guest at time. I'll probably book through someone else next time.
Location great, 3rd time here. Good breakfest

Bathroom had some dirty corners with bugs and debris. Very loud kids were constantly running up and down the hallway being inconsiderate (but I can’t really hold that against the hotel).
Convenient location, good breakfast options, great water pressure!

Chicken or turkey sausage instead of the usual pork menu every breakfast. No ice machine located on the first floor/lobby but instead it's located in the second floor.
Exceptional staff at the front desk especially the overnight crew named Karen who went above and beyond excellent customer service skills in assisting with my brother who has special needs.

Chips and salsa was offered at night but no signage or set up was there for sanitation. Several guests just reached in with there bare hands to grab handfuls of chips. How quickly we forget about transfer of disease…
Food was fine, hot and cold offerings, area was clean and kept up, good for the typical free breakfast

The sliding shower door would not stay in place. It would just keep sliding so I had to hold the door when I showered. The microwave in the lounge was not in the best working condition. The receptacle it was connected to was not in the gang box and was just hanging from the wires lol. Pretty unsafe.
Convenient hotel spot. The pool. Breakfast was pretty good. The lounge was pretty clean.

The biggest problem was the stench in our room when we ran the air conditioner. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so we weren't sure where the odor was coming from. Subsequently I ended up with miserable headaches after staying there for 2 nights. Were they related? I don't know. My other family who had another room close by noticed the smell immediately. I did mention it at check out, and I was kind of blown off.
The staff were all very courteous and friendly. The treat bags at check-in were a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent-nice options. Love the full size bath soap and haircare products!

TV didn't work, reception was poor throughout entire hotel and mainenance person was not on site to try to fix. Fan in AC unit could not be adjusted and was very noisy

Was in an odd location, a little hard to find. The parking lot needs work and there wasn't actually enough parking available! The main floor was under construction and it was extremely warm on that level, which is where the breakfast was served!

On our arrival back in MSP the shuttle back to pick up our car was not operating even though it was in within the hours of operation.

The front desk staff was rude, the pool area was very cold. our room was not cleaned during our stay, the sheets didn’t fit the bed correctly so it was uncomfortable in the middle of the night when they came off.
The complimentary breakfast was great, the hotel was clean and the room was decent for the price we paid.

Very accommodating. It was booked after midnight so the reservation wasn’t until the next night, but the hotel staff got it worked out, so we had a place to stay for the night after or flight got canceled.
