You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe didn't like the back door on the first floor which opened whenever anyone walked by. That should be adjusted so it opens only when someone approaches it very closely. We did not like the hotel computer which apparently has a virus and freezes when a user tries to log into a website. There appears to be no virus scan or protection on that computer. At the continental breakfast we didn't like the selection of hot food, with hash brown or other forms of potatoes dominating the hot menu. Also, we felt that it would be better to stay with some form of eggs and a meat at each breakfast, rather than experimenting with some other hot English muffins or other types of non-straight egg dishes. We asked for a low floor, but were given the 6th floor even though the hotel was only 1/3 full. I think that the hotel website listed water bottles in rooms, but it turned out that the water bottles were only available if the guest had a high rating in Hilton Rewards.
We liked the location, the friendliness of the staff, the continental breakfast, and the pool.

United States of AmericaBooking.com messed up my reservation for the second time in less than 3 weeks. I updated my credit card on the site but it was not updated through the hotel. My reservation was almost cancelled. When i got there to check in they said my card couldn't be authorized. When i showed them the card on booking, the hotel had not been update. I lost my King Deluxe room and had to take a queen double. All they had left. Booking.com use to me my favorite site to book through, but after these last two incidents I don't think i will use them or refer them to anyone. Aside from Booking.com's error, the hotel was nice. Next door to Superior Grill and close proximity to a strip mall.

Loved that there was a steet car stop right infront of the hotel, a hop-on-hop-off bus stop couple of blocks away and a good grocery store nearby too. The staff was very friendly.

I love Hilton Hotels that serve breakfast. Hampton Inn and Embassy suites are my favorite Hotels. I don't have any thing else to say. I will be staying at Embassy Suites in the future.

United States of AmericaMy only con would be that there were only 4 lounge chairs at the pool and there was a family that would put towels out in the morning and use the chairs all day. Even if they went up to the room for an hour they would save the 4 lounges. I would have liked to have an hour or so to lay in the sun. We were able to use the other chairs to sit in but there could be more lounge chairs possibly. Other than that we loved the hotel for convenience and cleanliness.
The Hotel was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this hotel. The location was great. We could go for walks down St. Charles. The on site parking lot worked well for us due to rental car.
