The waffle maker was out of order, The faucets in the bathroom was at an angle, making it difficult to use. The shower head was faced towards the door and water spilled onto the floor when we turned the faucet on to lett he water warm up.

The room was a good size and location is close to the main road. I was happy with the customer service provided by the front desk employees.

Due to some upgrades being done there were a few times the was an extremely loud jolting bang that scared the absolute crap outta my kids.(Outside of that it was very quiet).

The staff was super friendly. The facilities were clean. They offered an amazing breakfast variety which my kids loved. The facility was very easy to find.

The pool was unusable, water was green! And I was looking forward to spending some time in the pool. The days are hot in Arizona and a cool pool is a must. They are also charging $15 for parking. I can see this for down town locations, but not on the suburbs. As a matter of principle this is a deal breaker. This should be included in the price of the room not an extra charge. I will not stay at any Hilton properties due to this new policy. Make sure to check the property parking policies before booking!

Cleaner pool. I forgot to tell the front desk we had ants coming out of the hole at the corner of the tub and the wall. I plugged it up with my photo tape.

Breakfast was sub par, the previous weekend in Palm Springs and their breakfast was 10x better. I pulled a long stringy clump of hair out of the pool. I thought the staff was very friendly and the room was great!o

When we arrived and got keys to our room, our room hadn't been cleaned. We waited for over a hour for someone to clean it. The hotel pool had a broken heater, so swimming was very cold and no hot tub.

It was convenient to major highways.

The price was a high but there was an event going on that weekend. The pool was closed. Rooms weren't clean regularly.

We woke up the next morning with no hot water at all the tap water was very cold due to cold weather outside. We could not adjust the AC temp to put it cooler than 75 and the room felt stuffy we were uncomfortable during the night.

Nice accommodations, we like to the property well maintained and the location was convenient to restaurants.

first night was ok room would not cooldown, AC stayed at 75 too warm for us. Woke up the next morning to no hot water. Plummers on the way that morning. 2nd night stay 5 days later (returning trip) had to be moved to another room as TV did not work, ( front desk clerk had forgotten about that 🙄) otherwise 2nd room was great.
