We found a dirty sock by the sitting area. A broken tile in the bathroom and the doors to the shower didn't stay shut while showering.

The front desk person when we checked in was excellent with customer service.

Upon arrival the elevator was having problems and the staff were new and didn't know where the stairs were so I didn't like that part. Also the hot water is a little on the cold side it was actually not worth the money of the expensive room.

Jacuzzi was cold not heated. The employees ( ladies who clean rooms) were very impersonal.

Bad area, homeless people camp out next to hotel and there were people smoking and drinking early in the morning in the parking lot. The ceiling in the hotel room has water damage.

The beds were comfortable, check-in was easy and parking was free.

The bathroom light over the mirror was not working correctly. The notice about covid services, you had to call a day in advanced for cleaning services where the note said to call before 11am.

The Breakfast was very good with a variety each day. The staff was very kind and understanding.

Having a reservation and not having a room when I got there’s, after calling the hotel earlier and letting them know I was coming in late .

The two employees that helped me out, after they acknowledged that I had a reservation but not room to put me in, because of the company’s negligence in their computer system. And the hotel manager should know who they are, since I asked them to call the manager and she never answered since it was late and she was sleeping.

I always have been like it a lot but this experience was not so good first off they give this room and the a/c wasn’t working so they changed me to another one and this one was dirty and the tv hasn’t any signal so they changed me to another one but the lady that was working on the desk at the time she told me with very bad actitud like it was my fault she said I’m can’t keeping you change the rooms !! omg so after paying that amount so if something isn’t working I have to remain quiet so she can’t getting pissoff! come on and she didn’t said I’m sorry about that or anything I was with my food and bag walking all over the place.!

Unfortunately it was very windy so the pool had leaves in it but we could still swim, and the Jacuzzi didn't work at that time. They should have another way to verify your room at breakfast instead of being asked upon arrival to dining area, (wristbands perhaps).

The room had space, comfortable queen beds, hot water and working ac/heater, heated pool, and the best part was their delicious breakfast. There was so much to eat and the staff were very friendly. I didnt expect it to be so inclusive at the rate we paid. It was an overall good experience and I did not have any major issues with our room or service.

Carpeting in the staircase is old, loose and should be replaced. The elevator was at the far end of the building from our room, so we used the staircase.

Couldn't get a tub. Not great for someone with arthritis or traveling with children. It is basically a truckers hotel. Lots of single men coming and going, if you are a woman traveling alone and/or are easily made uncomfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment for anyone who eats healthfully, but doesn't want to start the day with just hard boiled eggs. Amenities were unavailable due to Covid. Funny how nicer hotels have their amenities open. Pools and gyms are operational at Doubletree and Staybridge. Without the amenities, this hotel is overpriced!!!
