The retail parking next to the hotel was a gathering point for less fortunate individuals suffering from drug addiction.

The parking was very tight, being in a full size pickup did not help. If you are in a compact car, the parking is probably adequate. The pool area was so warm, it was not comfortable to sit in N for long. The kids had a blast though.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel overall was clean and the location was great. Close to shopping, food, and necessities.

I booked through booking.com and Fairfield Inn could not find my reservation so they sold me another room at a higher price. I was then double billed. They did refund one reservation but of course not the higher priced one. Breakfast was yucky - watery eggs and sausage.

walls of the room assigned to us are thin(hopefully its just our room but most probably every room is just the same) not concrete at all so you could really hear people speaking from other rooms and also there is a chance you would know what they are watching on their TV, haha! if there are people who checked in with their dogs, you can hear the barking. we were still able to sleep soundly and that is because all of the tenants are asleep too. even though this is the budget version hotel of the Marriot chain, owner should do some soundproofing at the very least. we booked the hotel because of the reputation of the “name”. we are not expecting for fancy entrances, lounge, and furniture, but sleeping comfortably in your room without noise should be paramount.

breakfast is good. facilities are clean. friendly and warm staff even suggested us a perfect spot to park where we can have a good view of our car from the room. affordable room that offers 2 separate queen-sized beds.

The shower heads are way to HIGH and the spray pattern was wide by the time it hit my height. The floor got soaked. I would like to have had 1) a head that could be adjusted by sliding on a pole or 2) Better Yet .... a hand held shower as this would meet everyone's needs. I can only imagine trying to shower a child. The walls could definitely use some paint. The in room coffee lacks a lot, I would rate it a "1"

Our room overlooked a trailer park where there was a loud party going on at night. Ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

The full breakfast was excellent. All was excellent at this property - cleanliness, comfort, staff. It is located about 4 miles from the center of the city, so not within walking distance. There was only one issue - see below.
