United States1 review“Great location, great staff!”I didn't like how there were electrical issues in our suite that made the microwave, bathroom and fridge lose power. However, the staff was exceptional with resolving the issues.
The location of the hotel was great, it was in walking distant of almost everything that we had planned to do. The room was a suite and accommodated my family and I perfectly. The suite was clean with the exception off minor things, such as dirty window, dusty sprinkler and peeling wall paper. Also, things kept going out in our suite (bathroom lights, microwave, fridge) but the staff was exceptional with resolving all issues. The breakfast was ok, a great addition to our stay for a quick bite to eat and unlimited coffee all day long. The staff especially Yolo at the front desk was very helpful. She gave us a map to get a round and recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Overall a great stay, I would come back when in Chicago.

The hotel is excellent, fast check in/check out, clean everywhere, excellent beds, bed linen and fresh, new towels. Quite acceptable pool, also a cool terrace, where you can relax in the evening. Not bad breakfast, although the description of the breakfast was overstated, in general it is no worse and no better than any American breakfast. Good for visiting Chicago for a few days

Our room upgrade was great and very clean. Breakfast choices were good and staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and friendly.

The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is the standard US style and was included in the room. The staff is nice and helping. If planning to return to Chicago, this hotel will be my first choice, if available.

Breakfast was good, it has all the normal stuff. Everyone should be able to find something to eat. It was a very comfortable stay. Valet was great, very fast and easy to work with.
