Great location, close to lots of shopping and food options. Easy access to train or public transportation to get into the city. Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and very accommodating anytime we needed anything. Breakfast was amazing especially being free. Would definitely stay here again!

It is noisy at night. Think we were hearing one of the commute trains go by all hours of the night. Also the distance is FAR from downtown. Took us 45 minutes to get downtown and back
The service desk people are all super nice! No bad attitudes. The kind of people you like seeing in customer service positions. The room was very spacious and clean. Worth the price we paid for sure. Stayed there with my husband and 4 young children

Construction zone near property.
What we liked about the property was the staff super friendly and professional, breakfast was amazing and has swimming pool and easy access to different location such as stores, restaurants and more near by.

Not really any issues. If I have to be picky I would say maybe more options in their shop. I'm not a big drinker,but maybe aY adult beverage option would be nice.

There’s a lot of construction around the hotel off the street, but other than that nothing else

Housekeeping didn't come to the room our first day there.
Great breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. When we left they gave us snacks for the road which was a nice touch!

The construction on Old Church was inconvenient and its further away to attractions than it says. With traffic it takes almost an hour to get downtown and there is ALWAYS traffic.
The beds were super comfortable. The water pressure was perfect and it stayed hot! Rooms were the perfect size and clean.

I can't say anything bad.
Nice big breakfast area and supper quality of the breakfast. The omelets are fantastic. Mostly the veggie. It reminds me for all inclusive resort. Swimming pool - excellent. Provides some toys for the kids. The parking has good lights. Lots of stores and places to eat around. Average 45 min to downtown. Because of highway construction. I'm considering it good. The room smell good and is clean.

I loved everything about my stay and couldn’t find a single fault with the hotel.
The breakfast was good, and I was impressed with the variety of meals offered; however, I would suggest adding bacon next time. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I was impressed with how the breakfast was maintained. It was swarmed with people yet the staff kept everything stocked. Also the hotel offered to service the room every day which is unusual these days. We had the queen suite for family of four. It was really nice to have space to spread out. One teen took a bed and the other the pull out couch. The kitchen with stove, fridge, and a few dishes was a nice touch as well.

There wasn't anything about this hotel that I didn't like. It was a great experience overall.
The staff was welcoming, friendly and responsive. The morning breakfast had a lot of good options that all tasted good. The room was clean and well appointed. The pool area was well maintained, and the pool itself was a good size. The hotel was about an hour by car or CTA into the city, which we didn't mind.
