We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI recommend benches outside the exits. Access to the outdoors and a place to sit are essential for people who are not accustomed to living in a confined space.
The entire staff was excellent, especially Erica. She is a top-notch customer care representative. The lobby seating was comfortable, and the pass keys were great. Many hotels' pass keys are glitchy or even malfunction.

United StatesThe only thing I was not pleased with was two of the USB ports under the lamps near the beds did not work. When I went to put my USB port in, it did not snag. It was very loose.
The beds in the room were very comfortable. The pillows were very comfortable, as well. The shower was very satisfactory. And I appreciated that it had a refrigerator.

United StatesThere wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The our ceiling in the bathroom is needed for repairing it may be because of no exhaust fan or maybe from the floor above. The sanitary devices outside of the elevators on floor level 1 and 2 was empty The mattress wasn't our favorite sleep but the room temperature was wonderful
