We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location is really good for where we were visiting in the Opry Mills area. Clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaThere was a guy working during breakfast time and he literally yelled at me and my friends because we asked for help with the waffle machine and he was busy taking the trash out. It was more than embarrassing, everyone was looking at us and someone offered to help us since the line started to get long. It was really rude and awful. If he said in a nicer way and respectfully, it wouldn’t be a problem at all. We all saw he was busy, we were not asking for a fast help, we could wait, we just wanted to let him know that there was a problem. After that we just decided to go to a breakfast place and pay for our meal, at least everyone was nice and respectful.
Good location, good quality, good and comfortable rooms. Most of the staff are friendly.

United States of America2 things. 1)the view was literal bird poop, which i understand isn’t exactly anyones fault and i didn’t specify that i wanted a good view 2) Right after i had checked in, a house keeper knocked on the door and before i could respond, she opened my door. I could have been indecent and honestly she needs to not just unlock someone’s door and try to barge in without waiting a minute to see if someone responds.
I liked a lot of the property, it was pretty quiet for the most part.
