We had 2 toddlers with us and could have used a microwave to warm food or drink but there was not one in the room.

Location is really good for where we were visiting in the Opry Mills area. Clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Proximity to airport, convenience of shuttle, very clean, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Morning staff found me a band aid, evening staff recommended good food delivery.

We tried to use the pool and there was a dead lizard in the pool. We didn’t use it.

Hate the sliding barn door style bathroom door. It doesn’t lock and there is a big gap that you can see into the bathroom, so absolutely no privacy. I will not stay here again with family, only with spouse or alone.

There was a guy working during breakfast time and he literally yelled at me and my friends because we asked for help with the waffle machine and he was busy taking the trash out. It was more than embarrassing, everyone was looking at us and someone offered to help us since the line started to get long. It was really rude and awful. If he said in a nicer way and respectfully, it wouldn’t be a problem at all. We all saw he was busy, we were not asking for a fast help, we could wait, we just wanted to let him know that there was a problem. After that we just decided to go to a breakfast place and pay for our meal, at least everyone was nice and respectful.

Good location, good quality, good and comfortable rooms. Most of the staff are friendly.

The water pressure in the room could be stronger but it’s probably out with the hotels remit.

Staff were great. Adam on the front really went the extra mile for us. The airport shuttle driver was also great. Chatty friendly and very polite.

Everything was great! We were happy with the location of the hotel and room. Also, there was good front parking available; for little kids, this was a plus.

The breakfast was great. It covered things that the adults and kids loved eating. Waffles, oatmeal, milk, orange juice, fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, etc.

shuttle didn’t pick us up from the airport. we arrived at 10.30pm and at 11.15pm had to pay $25 for a 2 minute taxi ride.

There's the huge alarm/ sounds on the hall at the second floor during the midnight. It must be solved, otherwise it's very annoyed.

The location is good, just 4 mins drive from the airport. The late shift lady is very friendly.

The house is a bit old, the light from the hallway came through the room door and it was a bit noisy as a result.

The hotel was ok and after 2 huge Tayler Swift concerts this weekend a really good alternative to the city center.

I didn’t like that the rooms did not have a microwave in the room. Also on Saturday morning they ran out of forks to use for breakfast. Forks are important when you are trying to eat waffles.

The faculty & rooms were up to part. Also rooms were clean.

2 things. 1)the view was literal bird poop, which i understand isn’t exactly anyones fault and i didn’t specify that i wanted a good view 2) Right after i had checked in, a house keeper knocked on the door and before i could respond, she opened my door. I could have been indecent and honestly she needs to not just unlock someone’s door and try to barge in without waiting a minute to see if someone responds.

I liked a lot of the property, it was pretty quiet for the most part.
