The male manager that checked us out on Monday morning, September 18th did not say a word to us. He didn't say good morning, ask how our stay was or say have a safe trip and it was not busy😔

Perfect location for us without being in the center of Broadway. Only 10 to 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Easy walk to a very nice mall and restaurants.

Lovely hotel in a great location! Near to the airport, easy to get to Downtown Nashville and nice to have the mall next door too for shopping! Special shout-out to Frankie at Breakfast - such a lovely lady with a beautiful smile and would do anything she could to help you!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was clean with all the facilities that we needed. No complaints whatsoever. Car parking was free, but we were issued with a parking permit which needed to be displayed on the dashboard, no problem with that, never had any problems parking. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and welcoming.

Pool was over-chlorinated one day and we had to get out due to water burning our eyes.

Buffet breakfast was good and well set out. Location was out of town but only a short taxi ride to get to wherever needed. Over the road was a Hilton with a bar which was useful.

The entire hotel looked clean and new, including the flooring, carpet and decor. Our room, including the bed and bedding was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The Internet and TV worked well. I also liked using the digital key and contactless checkout using the Hilton Honors app on my phone.

Good location: next to Mall + Cinema and only 15 minutes by car to downtown broadway and 3 minutes from interstate. Rooms are clean and breakfast is OK, but nothing special. Free parking!

During the week we were there, our housekeeper was Rosa M. and she was a true gem. Always smiling, always asking what we needed, and always wishing us a good day... such a friendly, warm human being. I hope the folks at this Hampton appreciate her as much as we did. Randy did our check-in, and he was helpful with some tips regarding our short drive to Belmont University. This is a great location if you're visiting Belmont U.

Breakfast was fine. Staff very helpful and friendly. I had left a waterbottle at the front desk when checking in . It was my favorite and was from the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. It says "Beating Cancer is in our Blood. " (I'm a hematologist- Blood Cancer doctor). I was pleased to find it sitting at the front desk more than 24 hours later. When I told the woman at the desk that I was surprised it hadn't been thrown away, she assured me that they don't do that and that she had read the message on the bottle!

The pool wasn’t open for the first three days we were there. We only got to use it one day. The mattress was pretty firm and we woke up stiff.

Breakfast was great!! And it was open until 10am which was wonderful. Staff was super friendly and helpful. All areas were very clean and tidy.

The hotel is located next to the mall…Walking distance to a restaurant as I didn’t have a vehicle to get around. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast were also selling points. Other reviews I read helped me make the selection.

Parking garage was small but not really a big deal

Location was perfect for us. The furthest we had to drive or Uber was 20 minutes. It was great. Most places we visited were within 3-4 miles!
