We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We had an issue with our TV and their maintenance man stayed until it was fixed. Friendly service all the time. Fresh cookies when we got back from dinner. Good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

Mold visible in shower around soap tray and little "shelf"; all except one or two of our towels plus bath mat were threadbare in areas and, although they clearly had been freshly laundered, appeared soiled or dingy; the outdoor area around pool and the adjacent patio were borderline hazardous--massive visible rust on many outdoor chairs right on the seat area, all outdoor cushioned seating was dirty/moldy, mismatched tables that didn't look like they were cleaned the entire time we were there (3 days/2 nights), an umbrella patio table that was cracked in many spots and also slimy/sticky/dirty with food and other "organic" matter from birds and animals (remained so the entire time we were there), pool looked potentially enticing, but noticing those kinds of oversights, we shied away from swimming (lack of attention elsewhere made us wonder about how well pool is being maintained). Also, this is more of a personal gripe, and not limited to this brand or location, but not everyone eats breakfast before 10. It was nice that we could still get some coffee, but wish there were options for those that don't fit the 9 to 5 mold. Knowing this about ourselves, we opted for a room that touted a mini-bar and a special Keurig coffee maker featuring teas, coffees and hot chocolate--we got neither of those things, but were offered a $10 voucher (which gained us one bottled soda and two bottled waters), and it appears that, after our inquiry about the missing mini-bar and Keurig, we were charged the non-premium room fee instead of the premium, so that was appreciated.
The staff was exceptional, day and night! We liked the availability of breakfast, and the hospitality of the hotel offering complimetary cookies and flavored water for guests (although we didn't personally have opportunity to taste-test, so cannot comment on quality or value). We loved the overall esthetic of the property and its noticeable updates, and the room and bed/bedding were extremely comfortable and functional for travelers.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The location being close to the airport was perfect. We loved the housekeeping staff they were in our room everyday cleaning and the beds were very comfortable. The front service desk Ariella (not sure of spelling) and Drew were the most friendliest with people. They made us feel welcomed to the area. Even the maintenance person was friendly and very nice to us each morning we came down from our room. The breakfast was fabulous we loved everything they had on their including the fresh fruit. The outside pool was very enjoyable very nice size and warm due to the warmer temps. We will definitely be back at this hotel in the future. Also the welcome of water bottles when we came in was much appreciated. Thank you to Hampton Inn & Suites for putting your customers first :)

Shuttle service was very hit or miss. Waited 20 minutes to be picked up and not told that he could not stop at arrivals and that we had to walk around the building to be picked up.
