Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The room wasn’t especially clean, with loose hair on countertops. The breakfast was underwhelming with dirty dining areas. It was hard to find a clean spot to sit and eat.
My corner room was huge. There are tons of restaurants in walking distance. Bed was comfortable.

Broken ice machine on 3rd floor. Door from patio won't open, gets stuck. The lady that checked me in was very pleasant. The others up front were far from friendly or courtesies.. complementary coffee was not one time even Luke warm. Paying up to 155.00 a night, ppl expect a quality stay.. disappointing to say the least..

Did not have any housekeeping for 3 days. They responded once called but if I am spending $1000 at a facility I expect trash to be dumped and towels refreshed minimally daily.
The staff was amazing, breakfast was great, location was fabulous

Hot tub was a good temperature but was not sure how "clean" it was. It had a funny odor.
Breakfast was great. All of the expected options plus a few extras.

Only pork meat products for breakfast really should have some turkey products for those who don't eat pork. Rooms were not ready until after 3 pm. I got there at 3:10 pm and rooms were not ready.

Check in was a bit slow, but that was more about the customer in front of us than the staff.
Reasonable price, just outside of SLC. Accidentally left items on top of the car while un packing - those items were still there the next morning. That is rare for most cities.

All the pillows on the bed were flat. Chair in the room was loud and squeaky. No fan in the bathroom so everything can be heard. Out of 5 floors, the 3rd floor was the only one to have ice. When the shower is on there is still a lot of water coming out of the faucet which fills the tub and youre standing in a pool of water. There is no "free wifi", instead you have to sign up for the rewards program to access the wifi.
Front desk was welcoming and helpful. Location was very good, near gas/shopping/dining/movie theater. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Pool and gym were adequate.

The toilet in my room looked like it had not been cleaned from the previous guest- no exaggeration. Also, the trash can by the side exit door to parking lot was overflowing with trash.

Water for the tea was not hot enough.
Good rooms and staff. At breakfast they provided a vegetarian option for my family. Very nice service.

I had no problems.
The facility was easy to find and once I got there it was very clean! The front desk gal was very friendly. Breakfast was good and free! Parking was free ! Also love the ice/water machine!

I stayed for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. The trash was overflowing, and we ran out of clean towels and rags quickly. When we arrived the toilet in the room was dirty and there were food scraps on the desk. I was also double-charged for the stay.
I liked the location, it was a safe and quiet area.

The sausage pellets. I wish the pool was outside but I understand the indoor pool since it’s Utah.

The ice machine didn't work. The door to the patio gets stuck and won't let you enter. Complementary coffee bar was empty and coffee was always cold. Don't like paying up to 155.00 a night.. and they charged me over 300.00 extra in fighting with them about now. What the hell ???
