Cleanliness, I had purchase cleaning supplies to clean sink toilet and tub, no towels or bath clothes was in the room didn't get towels until after midnight but the front desk agent apologize immensely and hurried to hand deliver them although I had told him I would pick them up, now that's some de-escalation and definitely great customer service

Convenient to the beach access, short walk which is great when you have a lot to carry, room needs a deep cleaning curtains, tile grout was black and dirty carpet needs a shampoo didn't want to walk on without shoes or socks like I'm able to do at home, had to clean sink shower and toilet myself

The room was nasty, I don’t mean dirty, I mean nasty! There was blood on the curtain that was already stain and disgusting, the carpet wasn’t even swept, the whole bathroom was dirty, the shower leaked into the floor and the wood around the whole bathroom was rotted, and the fridge was old had broken pieces and was rusted.

The property was very close to the beach.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice. There were no towels in my room at all, I had to go to the front desk to even get any. I had to go buy myself a blanket cause all that was on the bed was a sheet.

The room wasn't clean, one of the beds had dirty sheets. The towels look dirty with hair. Some guests were making a lot of noise. It sounded as they were fighting. When I checked in I was told that the room I was staying didn't have a key. If I was going out I had to ask for the key in the reception. I was really disappointed with the room.

That all I could hear is ppl fighting trying to beat down the doors and windows., My family had to get in the floor cause ppl were saying someone was shooting a gun. Cops came but couldnt stop it. Someone was shot at the wax museum

The microwave didn't work. One night the neighbors were noisy in the evening, but stopped after dark. You only got 2 bars of soap.

The sheets were clean, no bugs and close to the beach, a grocery store around the corner and close to restaurants.

No daily cleaning products offered, no brooms, vacuuming, no washer/dryer, oven and stove only offered in some rooms, carpets not shampooed, lots of drug dealing in rooms at night, tub drains very clogged. Could have been a bigger room for 5 people

The pool was clean, big, convenient, we were across from the beach, cable, the staff was nice, beds were nice.

Room was in rough condition. Bedspread had burn holes in it and it was dirty. Floors were so dirty my socks were black on bottom in 2 nights. Bathroom was falling apart. Door was broken at top, floor was nasty dirty, and tub had hair all over and was dirty. In 3 nights we weren't offered clean towels or any services. Room had a musty smoke smell. Also TV remote worked 1/2 the time and had no back on it. I seen roaches in Bathroom and at room door. Pool was nasty looking and had very few seats around it. Trash was in parking lot ,which I picked up many times. Our 2nd morning at 7:30 am loud music was coming from the room behind us. Not a good stay at all. We did not feel comfortable or safe especially at night.

Location was very close to everything we wanted to see and do. The 2 women working in the office were very nice. Especially Beverly. Our room was right over office and we could see our car and main road/strip. Easy to find.

I rented two rooms. There were no towels in either room. The television did not work in the second room. Contacted staff no one came to assist until middle of the second day. We had to find the staff to get towels.

First of, they have card key doors. Ours unfortunately NEVER worked! The airconditioning unit sucks. It is in a spot where the bed is blocking it! 🤦🏻‍♀️ TV NEVER worked! We were told someone would fix it, No one came to fix it! No elevators (and we were on the top floor!) This motel could use a renovation!

The fact I had to go up and down stairs around 4 different times because our room keys kept not working. Didnt even end up with keys to leave and go as we please and their solution was just to use the master key. Which meant having to keep going to the office. Yet the property charges for cancellations but they can’t provide a safe and stable stay at their facility.

Honestly just the location and It was clean for the most part.

The room all together and the fact people stand right outside your door and holler across the parking lot to the other side just talking instead of walking a few steps and show respect for other guest.

The only thing I liked about the property was the lady at the front desk she is made to work for a better hotel she has excellent customer service.

There were cigarette burns on the blankets. Stains all over the sheets and pillow cases, and one of our mattresses didn’t have a sheet on it. We didn’t have towels, we had to ask for some and they were stained. The bathroom light did not turn on and the tub was very nasty, we showered with shoes. And the carpet was disgusting!!! We kept our shoes on the entire time because if we didn’t our feet would turn black from the dirt. This is definitely not a clean hotel, would not recommend.

Room wasn’t ready at 5:30 when checking was 4. AFTER waiting in line for 20 minutes to check in the 3 people in front of me room wasn’t ready either. Didn’t have toilet paper. Had to go wait another 10 minutes for that. Then waited an hour and a half for someone to bring towels to the room so we could shower after we asked for them. We ended up going to find someone to get them. Then checking out no one was in the office so I waited 10 minutes and just left the key cards on the desk and left. Come on people

No ice machine we were right beside the pool and people were there till 9:30 10:00 at night they were sitting in the window we had to ask for toilet paper and stuff

The people were nice that work there but there was no coffee pot in the room we had to go ask for toilet paper they put us right beside the pool and there was people sitting in the window of the the room located right outside where the pool was there was no ice machine they didn't even offer us ice

The only good thing about it was that it is so close to the beach and shops.
