I have stayed here off and on for several years. It hotel is older but it is clean and quiet. They have made changes to the policy and it is for the better. The room is large and spacious.

I am not used to staying at an extended stay, so I felt a little uneased about staying at a place where one enters their room directly from the outside like and apartment. A channel guide would have been helpful to have to figure out what stations/movies channels I could access. The main inconvenience was the gnats in our room. We believe the gnats were coming from a gap between the hardwood floor and the rubber board in the bathroom. The refrigerator light was out but it was still working and kept things cold. We had to use a towel to reduce the chances of slipping in the tub during a shower. Someone played loud music nearby for awhile but it stopped around our bedtime.

Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the price. The staff was courteous and professional. The roomy, apartment feel was nice. The other occupants at the extended stay were very nice and respectful. The staff respected our wishes to not have house cleaning done to out room. The grab and go bag breakfast was nice. The proximity to attended event was a plus. Again, it was a decent place to stay for the price.

People partied really loud and long above me until at least 2 am. I did not call management because I thought they would know it was me and that may make my stay there unsafe. Toilet seat was broken and when I spilled some water on the bathroom floor and wiped it up with a white wash cloth and it came back blackish gray. The room was extremely difficult to find. The only display of the room number was on the door which you could not see from the road or parking lot. I suggested numbers on the wall of the building that faces the parking lot but the staff argued that the numbers are on the door. I bet it wouldn’t cost more than $10 to buy some numbers.

There wasn’t really a breakfast but for that price I didn’t expect one. They did hand out a bag with a capri sun and a granola bar and some cookies which was enough for me. Loved the kitchen in the room and the size of the room.

See previous. The only thing I liked was the location near the hospital that my husband was in. The size of the room was nice.

Air conditioner went out during the night. When I woke up it was 81 degrees in the room, out side was 78. Miserable night, miserable getting dressed. No full breakfast as stated, went to McDonald's. Facet in kitchen leaked and sprayed water if turned up. Kitchen floor was dirty on corners send baseboards were filthy. Tub in bathroom needs to be replaced. I will never stay there again and never recommend this property.

The refrigerator leaned missing balancer for the bottom. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes, couch and chairs very dirty and stained had to cover just to sit down, also I could tell room service was there but didn’t vacuum nor did change the linen

the room was ran down. light was hanging from the ceiling which was a hazard. it could of feel on my head. bring it to they attention and it was nothing done. fire place with no wood. kitchen draw broken. bathtub had a crack in it. someone constantly hitting on the wall. I feel I should of gotten credit but I didn’t. once I check out the staff shared with me that the room I had was broken into.

The shower temperature and the utinsels

the amenities was good but the kitchen utinsels like the pot and pan needs to be replaced it was old and also the showers .The temperature will not retain ..If you set it the water temperature of your choice the water change into a very hot temp. It was very scary. I keep on eye on my daughter when she was taking shower. And i guess it also need to be remodel or upgrade to make it nicer.

First of all the room wasn't clean enough for me dusty around walls and base boards. The dishes in on the counter were nasty and dirty (I washed them). The bathtub/shower was disgusting I had to put a towel in it before I could shower due to the discoloration.

The feeling of home in the room, it was cozy. I also liked having the roomiest and the ability to store my food in the kitchen. I loved the location and the convenience of all the eateries in the area. The offered coffee in the lobby however they didn't have creamer out so you had to ask for it, however they had an empty greamer bottle on table which was
