We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThe room I got was with shared bathrooms with one key each. So, I had to be caring the keys all the time along with the room keycard. It was more of a nuisance than a problem in itself. Besides this, I was luck to have neighbours on the next room that were not too noisy as I could hear everything they did in their room.
It was very close to Moscone Center, BART and cable car. So, it was very easy to get around the city and go to the expo I went there for. Moreover, there is a Walgreens next door and two restaurants in the same block.

CanadaThere weren't a lot of surfaces to leave our belongings on (one bed had both end tables), the lights would randomly turn on after having them turned off, water would pool up in the bathtub and stay there the next day, and the Wifi connection was terrible. I also didn't like that we had to go to another hotel to grab our hotel keys, and that there was no one at reception in our hotel. For our one week stay, the room wasn't serviced once.
The location and price were great, exactly what we needed for our stay for GDC. The room was also very spacious and the beds very large and comfortable.

United States of AmericaThere was no front desk. We had to check in at another hotel down the street, which I suppose is owned by the same people. This was confusing, and seemed cheap. There was only one person working the desk, and the poor guy was overwhelmed with people from 3 different hotels trying to check in or get help. Also, we couldn't store our bags with said front desk for a few hours after checking out, because that's a service they apparently "don't offer".

IndiaThere's no reception desk at this location but, one a couple of minutes ahead in another hotel. I didn't mind that but one day the homeless guy outside was inside the lobby. He was harmless but in SF, I guess one needs to be careful. But this was a minor issue.
Fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk from Powell station. Very helpful staff. There was no kettle in my room and when I asked where I could get hot water, the staff on duty offered to put a kettle in my room and gave me tea bags. Also the room was pretty big and had a small walk-in wardrobe that was spacious. Really liked that.

Good location by just few minutes walk to Powell Street Cable car and subway from airport and nearby shopping mall. The hotel has lift which is convenience for bring the luggage up to the room. The staff is nice and allow for early check in.

ColombiaThere some homeless around but they didn't say anything to you. Also, they haven't store luggage service and housekeeping service, I stay there for 10 days and just clean my room one time because I asked them. Also, they need clean the windows outside.
I like the location near to Union Square, the great price, the room have private room and was clean. The bed was comfortable, also the room have a small fridge, TV, desk, closeth for save your clothes and the building have elevator. Early checkin is available for free. Trade'r Joes and Powell Street Station just 3 minutes away!
