Not much to breakfast. Could be a lot cleaner. Mold/dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Doors not clean from fingerprints. No bathroom fan. In my opinion, the towels need replacing. They are small and getting worn.

We requested a handicap room but when we checked in to our room, we noticed there was a tub in the bathroom, even though there were several grab bars in the tub area. We checked the front desk but all walk-in showers were already occupied.

Breakfast was very minimal; it’s ok if you’re not hungry. Should add muffins and hot foods would be appreciated.

The TV screen was shrunk down so small you could not see from the bed and the picture was therefore blurred and not clear--their was not a full-screen picture. We did report it to one of your staff when we arrived, but he could NOT fix it and make it go full-screen. I thought he would report it to management, but no one fixed it during our 4 night stay. This was disappointing, but we made due with what we had. Also, I did let management know when we left.

Tv by tub was broken, toilet seat was broken, would not allow late check out. Breakfast was just make your own pancakes or oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I was expecting some sort of meat and potatoes.

the rooms were clean at a glance but when you look closer, not so much. the vent in the bathroom was encrusted with probably 2” of dust, and the corners of the floor has grime. the room had an odor.

The beach is hard on properties, and some elements in this one look a little run-down, though it is not so old. Generally well-kept, though.

Check in was very smooth, and the hotel is conveniently located between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. It is clean with spacious rooms. The bathroom and area in front of it had nice tile-work. There was an in-room coffee pot available and a mini fridge. Staff was personable and professional. Breakfast was OK.

My only complaint is that our suite had a very musty smell to it. Thankfully I brought candles with us.

Very friendly staff, good continental breakfast, beautiful outdoor pool. Our suite was very large and had 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other bathroom had a whirlpool tub. We also enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool. This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in! The A/C in the room was very cold, which I love because I’m always hot and most hotels I’ve stayed in recently, the A/C does not get cold enough for me.

Location was great price was good pool was good. Shower was horrible, no pressure at all. Bed was good pillows were hard. I asked to not be put by kids or dogs and was next to both. Luckily I didn't hear any barking in the middle of the night. It wasn't dirty but needs a deep clean

Room could use some TLC and updates. Toilet seat was worn through the white to 2 grey spots, stain or glue residue on shower wall, spot in the tub that I thought was dirt, boyfriend said it was a wear spot down below the color.

1st time in Lewes. Excellent location for dining. Easy commute to Dover. Pool was Beautiful and crystal clear.
