At first I didn’t care for having an interior room (no windows) however because I needed to relax and this was a staycation it was actually really good for me. The weekend I stayed there was an event so the hallway was noisy I just think the walls are thin because I could hear when the shower was on in the other room. I also didn’t care for the parking because when leaving I no longer had the key card to exit and I had to wait for someone to let me out.

This was a staycation for me and the location is in the middle of everything. The staff was really nice and the hotel and room were nice. I wish it were more quiet but I think there was an expo or conference happening the weekend I stayed. I also visited the spa and it will definitely be going back. The ladies were nice and the deep tissue was excellent.

We didn’t like waking up to knocking sounds outside of our room at 4:30 am on our last day. The only other thing we didn’t like was how someone came to our room before we check-out time and knocked, we said “hold on!” and they let themselves in the room immediately anyway! They said they were recalibrating the thermostat and it wouldn’t take long. Why couldn’t they wait an hour when we were checked out? Why did they ignore us when we said “hold on” loudly right by the door where we were finishing up packing and getting dressed? This is unacceptable, especially at a hotel of this standard. We had just gotten dressed so I’m really glad I had clothes on.

I stayed here in 2015, the rooms were more cozy and comfortable. There were no guest robes or heavy blankets.

I liked almost everything, but I was in love with Christmas decor. In fact I wish it was even more. But I left before Christmas, so I'm not sure if more was done.

There was a plumbing problem in our room and we had to move to another room, but it was just as nice. The view wasn't as nice, but the people who helped us were great!

We were upgraded to a perfectly delightful corner room. It was spacious and beautiful and calming. The hotel itself is beautiful with a wonderful collection of Asian art and great restaurants. The staff was really wonderful and made us feel really welcome.

The water park was way over crowded. Difficult to find a chair to sit down. We came after school started thinking it would not be crowded but a convention was there, probably adding to the crowd. In addition, we could never get the room to cool down in spite of turning the AC all the way down.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Seemed like they loved their job especially the valet group! Having two sinks with four in our room was such a blessing. I would stay here again.

I didn't like the staff's rude attitude. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the front desk with an unpleasant attitude. I showed her my reservation email with confirmation number, She found my reservation but insisted it was for only one room. She stated the reservation number was correct but it was only for one room. Instead of attempting to figure out what had happened she simply insisted I only had reserved one room. After us going back and forth she was able to find the other room we had reserved. The other unpleasant experience happened at one of water park bars. We ordered drinks and the bartender seemed to be bothered or annoyed to be serving us. We paid and returned to our seats. To avoid the same unpleasant service we placed a mobile order and had it deliver to our seats. The two beers we recieved were hot, I walked to the bar and asked the bartender if we could swap ours for cold beers. The server again was rude and stated they are all the same temp and he only had one left and would not be able to replace both of our I asked for a different style beer instead of the same kind I had. He still seemed annoyed. Every time we ordered food and drinks we were charged gratuity for the service whether we picked it up ourselves or had it sent to our seats. If the charge is going to placed on our bill it should atleast be followed with good service. I know the price for food at hotels and parks is always upcharged but I have been to similar hotels were the food is atleast flavorful even if it's just pool side snacks.

Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at this Hilton location before we arrived to ask question about our stay. Phone number listed on their website (and on Google) went to general Hilton customer service; agent there didn’t know answer to question. Tried chat feature but that person didn’t know either and recommended I call the number listed. Very frustrating. Thought the kids carnival outside Jade Waters was tacky and a shameless attempt to nickel and dime folks. Luckily my kids weren’t interested.

There was black mold in shower, restroom door was damaged and hinges were rusted. For how expensive it is to stay there they did not offer anything complimentary, food was not the best. I ordered a hamburger at the Media Restaurant and they gave me one small leaf of lettuce to put in my burger, I mean I wanted a couple more and had to ask for a bit more but was shocked at what I was originally given. My stay wasn’t totally bad, I just felt meh about my stay.

Kids loved water slide, lazy river and playing pickle ball, but that’s about it.

I did not enjoy the cost for the Funpass, which was not worth the cost in my opinion. The parking was a pain due to the gate not working the 2 days we needed it to work.

I loved the water park for the kids and included services for the hotel guests ie the tickets to JadeWaters.

Gave us a dirty room with used towels, dirty sheets and trash in the cans so we had to move at 9:00 pm. Moved us to a room with no outlets to charge our electronics, a chair that was unsafe and the refrigerator had no freezer. Plus it was $25 extra a night to park.

The check in staff wasn't friendly or very informative about the property and its amenities. We had to get our Jade Waters pass by going to to the water park and the young lady there checked for us. She told us we had to go to the front desk to get his weekend pass. We also went down to the Media grill and no one seems to know about the continental breakfast. They wait staff pointed us to the back corner and said it was there. When we sat down and started eating he stated on that wasn't part of it just the cold items. Well it would have been nice to know that. Just overall lack of customer services through people that should be giving it.

The waterpark was fun and the room was nice. The housekeeping did a great job cleaning and restocking our room.
