Our room was supposed to have a Lake view but it had some blue wrapping, which you are not able to see through, there were some workers cleaning or doing something to the windows so we did not have privacy.

The breakfast cafe is too small and basic for a hotel of this quality.

Good large rooms. Though initially I was in a tiny room but requested to be moved. The gym facilities are fantastic. Restaurant is decent too but beware it’s 99% seafood. Overall good service. I was in town for work for a few days, and it was perfect for my needs. Much better than the marriott courtyard (where I stayed subsequently)

The location was great. We were going to concert at Waterfront Park and it was so convenient to the park. The room was fine, bed comfortable.

Room wasn’t bright enough. Maid skipped our room first day. Breakfast was way too expensive. Refrigerator was tiny and it was hard to open its door which hit sides of cabinet it was stuffed into. Bathroom was also a tight squeeze.

Location was decent. Problem was walking uphill to get to center of town. Self-parking was easy. View of Lake Champlain was nice, even though we were on a low floor. We didn’t have time to use them, but the gym was well equipped and the indoor pool looked nice.

No paper pen in room, tissues not refilled, and fewer towels given than we started with, and the area had more homeless people by the Church Street market area near hotel, and store owner stated not safe to walk around at night

Bathroom was VerY small and had no fan for showering so it was very steamy. The pool and hot tub could use some updating. The refreshment center never had ice.

Our bathroom had no fan (that we found?), so our room would stay very humid. After using the bathroom and then going out for the day, when we came back, our windows were still soaked with condensation.

The view was nice, and parking was simple (easily accessible on site garage). The room was clean and comfortable. For the price and location, we thought it was great. It is very walkable to almost anywhere. For people who take Amtrak to Burlington, it's maybe a 5 minute walk, if that, from the station.

The room was great but something mechanical - possibly the elevator across from our room - made a fairly loud squeeking sound very often during our stay. Also the refreshment stations advertised ice, yet none of the stations actually had ice during our stay.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a great location near all the attractions we wanted to check out. On site parking was a breeze. The complimentary refreshment stations on each floor were nice.
