Breakfast was terrible. They use to have a full breakfast menu before the remodel. The Cafe now looks nice but breakfast items too high and not good. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Lacked full bar and restaurant was very limited. There was no notice upon booking that hotel was being renovated and lacked the above amenities.

The building was under renovation, but it barely affected my stay. I could not hear any external noise from inside the room.

The staff were super professional and courteous. The manager is excellent; and there is a positive vibe throughout the hotel, where the staff, including very young staff and interns, are treated with respect. The view from the hotel is stunning.

I did not like that the website did not say there was construction. Our room was not ready and had to pick a different room. The restaurant was not functioning the way the website explained and the menu was very limited. The cooler by the satellite check in did not have many option to drink. The water took forever to get warm. We had to let it run before we could shower.

We enjoyed the new room that we picked and being close to the whirlpool. We enjoyed the whirlpool and used it everyday during our day. It was convenient to be close to downtown and to be able to walk to places.

The HVAC system was loud when it shut off. The bathroom was tiny.

The bed was comfortable. The curtains blacked-out the light. The wifi was good. And the overall decor was current. The proximity to Foam Brewers was favorable.

The only rub was the construction….but that is short lived & by no means caused any noise or major issues during my stay. The only thing was the restaurant & bar were hidden away BUT they were so kind & set up a daily 4pm - 7pm local IPA & cheese tasting free of charge in the lobby.

The property was bright, clean & in an amazing location. I typically stay at Hotel Vermont next door but thought I would give this Hilton a try. Soooo happy I did b/c I absolutely loved it. I will be back from now on!

Elevators didn’t always work. TV only had basic cable, no streaming services or HBO. Most of the doors locked at 10pm and I had to walk the long way around the building in the cold when coming back from enjoying nightlife. (Doors should have card readers.)

The location was great. Nice, comfortable room with a good view. The vouchers for the hotel bar were nice, but should apply to the pantry items as well.

Could have had more warnings of construction prior to our stay. The lobby and front renovations really took away from the first impressions of the hotel. With spending $500/night, I expected things to be perfect.
