When I booked for the 2 rooms, I was told on Booking.com that breakfast was included. That didn't seem to be the case . I am not sure why because on my confirmation it said breakfast is included.

When I first got there while talking amongst themselves, and I am waiting for them to check in, the staff had no stop to see what I wanted or needed. So I called my husband to see if we wanted to stay here by th, and n thawasts the attention of the staff after I asked wh s the iss was e upocheck-inin. They apologizeandnd checked us , n but it gave you that Karen moment vibe

Bathroom was small. Heat was loud.

Location. So much easier to get into the city from this side. Love how many options for dining within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was very nice as well.

Housekeeping made up room 1 day out of 4. Garbage pails in room very small. Desk in room very small. The carpet was not clean. We had dirt on our pants .No clock in room, which is unusual. Pillows were very uncomfortable. No blanket, only a sheet on bed. This is November, it was 26 outside. I feel with a little work the hotel can be better. Again, the staff was awesome

The staff was great! The buffet breakfast was very good. Waitress was amazing. Good location for what we needed. Boardwalk in the back was really nice

Crack under door too much light coming in and noisy in hallways. Housekeeping banging on my door yelling housekeeping while I’m sleep at 1030 and 1130! Room too small for $200 plus a night. Creamer was old and outdated curled up in my coffee. Had a late checkout 12. No do not disturb sign. One washcloth! Shower gel empty. Front desk staff nonchalant not the Most welcoming.

The view. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice shower. Plenty of parking. Nice lil cuisinart coffee maker.

We're from Western North Carolina and our town has flooded. We've been without water or power for a while so we decided to come here to take showers and watch TV. It was amazing! My kids were so excited when we walked in the lobby. I won't forget that.

Breakfast is 30 $ a plate. There was a roach in the room but they are under construction so that might have caused that . Otherwise clean and nice .

Did not like the $22pp breakfast buffet- was not any more than a Hampton Inn IMO so way over priced for what was shown. We went to Panera.

The issue with the property is that the first night being there the fire alarm went off at 2:30am for an hour. Everyone said a child pulled it and the fire department showed up. Everything was cleared up and then at 8am the fire alarm was going back off for an hour. We both slept horribly and all we got was free breakfast because it cost.

I liked everything about the property. It was very nice and the room was great. Really liked the hotel and everything it had to offer.

Old furniture and design. Bathroom light was dark. Restrictions is going on and no body notified me.

I know there was work going on, but the air wasn't working very well. It was very warm in our room. There wasn't much to watch channel wise on TV. The shower was kinda dirty with hair in it.

I loved the location and beautiful building. The shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable.
