You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaHotel claimed to have EV charging stations, they actually had 4 of them…..just one problem, the power was turned off to all of them so I had to end up going to a supercharger anyway even though the reason I booked this hotel was to be able to charge my car overnight and not have to stress about it.
The room itself and the hotel were great. Everything was clean and the staff were nice.

United States of AmericaElevator was not working when we got there. It was being worked on, but they weren’t sure when it was gonna be fixed. We had to carry all of our luggage by ourselves up nine flights of stairs. We got to our room and the air condition wasn’t working. We waited about an hour until the elevator was fixed, and then had to go down, check in again and move into a new room. if the elevator hadn’t been fixed, we would have left

United States of AmericaFirst room TV didn't work and once we got tv working, tv remote didn't work. Our room was changed to 8th floor and all ok until complimentary breakfast was not placed on restaurant info. Elevator gave out but was up and running within 2 hours. Hotel manager reimbursed us for complimentary breakfast. We will return to give it another try next year to see if all is better. Definitely older hotel with some noticed usage.

United States of AmericaBelow the 11th Floor is less than expected. Last 2 weekends we had rooms on the 11th and 12th floors and were very pleased with the accomodations. This weekend our room was on the 10th floor and there was a noticeable difference and the price per night was not that much different. The bathroom was very difficult to get in and out of because the door was extra wide to accomodate wheelchairs which i know is necessary but it made for an akward sidestep dance around the toilet in order to enter the bathroom and then get the door closed behind you. The mattress is way overdue to be replaced. the foot of the mattress was slightly highter than the head of the mattress and it was sunken in, in the very middle. All this made for an awkward sleeping experience.
Breakfast buffet is good. The omlet bar is much better than the scrambled eggs in the buffet. Scrambled eggs are not supposed to be watery. Fruit selection was very good. Pastries were also decent. Staff in the breakfast area were very good. Coffee could be better for upscale hotel but still was acceptable. Fitness room was Very good!. decent selection of equipment. Very clean. All the machines were in good working condition. Fitness room was not very big so got crowded quickly on a weekday morning.

United States of AmericaThe rooms were dusty and the room floor needed vacuuming. Housekeeping was extremely slow so we just exchanged towels and trash bags in the hall. They were scheduled to come daily but only came one day and we did not get service because we had the privacy sign on (which is understandable).
The location was great! The checkin staff (Jefferi) was exceptional! The breakfast was very tasty. The room where the event was was well staffed and they were warm and welcoming! We had a picky eater and one staffer brought us an apple from the kitchen since he wouldn’t eat anything else. Made the evening so much more enjoyable!!

United States of AmericaDid not like that check-in was very busy and there were only two Agents in the area. On my second day, tried to call the front desk but never was able to get through. Lastly, the ice machine did not work on our floor.
I like the location and the grounds. I really liked the fragrance throughout the hotel. Would recommend University Place to friends.
