We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI stayed the weekend for my birthday. Staff was indiffernt and not so personable.(Milena was very nice.) I stayed at the Hyatt a couple of years ago for my birthday. The front desk staff noticed from my ID at check-in that it was my birthday and sent a nice birthday treat to my room...However, I was a little disappointed that I mentioned I was staying for my birthday to the Hilton staff at check-in and no one acknowledged or made me feel like a welcomed guest with a birthday. :( The floor I was assigned was loud with a hockey team...not sure why the desk would assign me a floor with a bunch of young athletes. However, Melina was accommodating and switched me to a quieter floor. The refrigerator in that room was also not operating properly. Lost good leftovers as a result. The heater was very loud and kept switching off to the air conditioner. 😒 Once I moved, the room was better...but was very inconvenient having to collect all my things and move.

United States of Americathe shower was super cold and could not get it to be warm. the tub was also dirty when the hair resurfaced from draining the bath water. also, the LG TVs did not have Netflix or internet access. if all of these things were fixed or included it would be worth the stay and 10/10.
The location was nice and everything seemed mostly modern.

United States of AmericaFor this to be a Hilton property I feel like their being cheap the rooms are freezing the thermostat only goes up to 80 degrees which really feels like 75 with a cold breeze. Not to mention it’s Illinois the windows have no insulation . Moral of the story it’s cold and the thermostat should definitely go past 80 degrees
I loved the jacuzzi and pool layout. it’s a heated pool and the jacuzzi isn’t too hot. We came for my sons 4th birthday and he loved it very much.

United States of AmericaWhile there was a Starbucks near by (driving distance, ~5 minutes), there wasn’t much close to the hotel itself. Coffee is a must for us, which was difficult to locate outside of the “make-it-yourself” variety in the room Cuisinart self service machine. Food after 10p is also a challenge to find or have delivered. If you didn’t want to drive for food or use the restaurant at the hotel, would recommend bringing snacks. This hotel is not close to downtown, so keep traffic in mind if you are wanting to explore the city. In non peak traffic times, it’s about 30-40 minutes to downtown. In rush hour, we were in traffic about 1.5 hours. (We knew this when booking this hotel, as we were wedding guest, but just noting it in case others are interested in location to downtown).
In town for a wedding: We were on the executive floor which can only be accessed by key card, so it was very quiet and no unexpected people on the floor. Our room was at the end of the hall and it appeared to be clean. The room temperature was set at 75*F, so it seemed stifling when we first arrived. Luckily the thermostat allowed us to cool the room to 65*F, which was much more preferable to us. Check in and Check out was easy. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible. The property was well kept and clean as well.

United States of AmericaMattresses sit on a platform that extended 1-2 inches, and I kept jamming my shins into them. Also, the sink is in an alcove near the beds, so it's hard to keep quiet for sleeping companions.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was to be included as part of the booking. When arrived at hotel and checking in I inquired as it wasn't mentioned. I was told it was $22 per person. The attendant wrote coupons after 20 min of looking for the details. We went to breakfast it was lack luster with premade items heated up presented in a buffet. The key card system was down so had a attendant take us to our room. Got up to the room one king bed and a chair. Three guests and was booked as a king with sofa sleeper. Had to call down and get a new room. That was done immediately. However this is all 45 min later now we finally get to our room as planned. Change and went to pool and hot tub for some relaxing. Hot tub tile in poor condition paint chipping off areas on walls and near pool. Went to make sofa bed and there was a note to call for bedding. Had to call and get bedding brought up to the room.
Waitstaff friendly and checked water and coffee regularly. Entry and main hotel areas clean and updated.

United States of AmericaThe door to my room was malfunctioning and would not latch. I called maintenance to fix it. No one followed up or offered a new room with a working door. I had to lift the door up and push for it to catch. Every three minutes it made a clicking noise as if it was unlocking itself . The maintenance guy was so nice and tried his best to fix it but was not successful. Dirty laundry was left outside my door for over 4 hours after my room was cleaned. The fitness area and pool was ok. My room was in the middle of 2 a joining so that was not ideal as I had 2 additional doors in my room that connected to 2 other rooms.
The building was nice and it was plenty of parking. The restaurant was cozy as well. The room size was good.

United States of AmericaWe were ignored for over 40 minutes upon arrival while the one desk person was talking on the phone. We were famished and it was 2:50pm. We asked when their restaurant opened and she said 3 pm. We thought great, so we walked the equivalent of 3 blocks to our car and then the restaurant to find out it always opens at 4 pm. The person at the desk didn't even know the proper opening time. Very unacceptable. It just got worse from there. The room was a joke!!
We left a day early because the place and the staff were not at all to normal Hilton standards!
