Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe fact that we were only there one night meant that we couldn’t check out the other restaurants in the Hilton.
The location was close to Nationwide Arena for the concert we were attending. Hilton was definitely the nicest and luxurious hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The room was equally amazing. The in room dining option was cool and the food was absolutely delicious.

United States of AmericaThe hotel hot tub was not very clean. The jets were not powerful at all. The size of the pool area was very small for the size of the hotel. Also, the pool and hot tub should be open until at least 11:00 p.m. and maybe consider adult only hours at the hot tub (like the final hour from 10-11 p.m.). It would be helpful at check-in to be given a map to help locate your room in such a large hotel with two buildings at least marking the elevator locations. Neither of the bars in the hotel serve frozen mixed drinks (like a strawberry daiquiri) and both restaurants did not answer the phones 30 minutes before they stopped serving food. The hotel was so great, I think these suggestions would really help the hotel reach excellent status.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We liked the room set-up and elegance of the room. We loved that the suite had two bathrooms. The staff was VERY kind. The location was perfect for our visit at Nationwide Arena. Very pretty interior. Numerous comfy gathering spots.

United States of AmericaThe AC unit was so loud it sounded like a semi truck idling lol. Also, the curtains don’t close all the way so every morning we were woken up with a lovely ray of bright light. But these are really minor issues and I plan on staying here again.
Location is great and the restaurants/bars are awesome as well.

United States of AmericaI had read online that fitness centers at Hilton have peloton bikes, my fitness center only had a recumbent bike that didn’t have a very good program to go with. Also, the restaurant closed pretty early every day. The Hilton was the host hotel of a major figure skating event, and their athletes. The events ended each day at around 10 PM or later, and most of the days we were there by the time we got back to the hotel, the restaurant was already closed. The saving grace was that they have a marketplace where you can buy premade food. Also, there was no microwave in my hotel room. That was shocking!
The staff was very nice and helpful! The buffet breakfast was excellent! My room was very large and my shower was very nice. Very often the walk-in showers aren’t very nice, but this one was very nice!

United States of AmericaThe only thing bad about it was all of the people. They had a lot going on this weekend. You couldn’t even get into the grab n go without a long line. It isn’t really the property fault . They are just being a great place to stay.
I liked how welcoming they were. How the treated my 3 year old like a person.
