    There is no free parking garage. You have to pay $35/night for the parking.

    My room 402 needs a rehab. The carpet is frayed, something heavy was dropped in the tub and it has a broken area, and the bed skirts did not fit the beds. They looked shabby. On the good side the beds/pillows were excellent, the room/ bathroom were spacious.

    The only issue was the elevator. The system wasn’t letting my key access the 9th floor where my room was. It was really an inconvenience for the front desk to come and get me up to my floor

    It was where my friend wanted me to stay central to their location Hotel was actually very clean and comfortable

    The breakfast was good but with the staffing problems everywhere it was sometimes slow. Not the fault of the hotel.

    I could not regulate the heat in my room. I was making the right adjustments but NOTHING changed. I asked the desk to adjust and NOTHING changed. Room was at 67 degrees. Too cold.

    OK breakfast. I left something at hotel and staff was super helpful in getting it returned.

    The service was not what you’d expect at a Park cities Hilton. When I ordered room service, the food came quickly, but there were no napkins and no silverware. I had to take my own cart up to my room upon check-in and upon departure I requested a mailman to come and help with my luggage. I ended up going down to the lobby and getting my own cart and loading it and getting it down to the first floor. The parking situation was Mediocre at best. I had requested my car. Stay in front because I was coming back in about 20 to 30 minutes. When I got down there and asked for my car they said oh it’s in the garage in about 10 minutes later I did spot my car right in front about that time Valet came running towards me. I said are you still looking for my car because it’s right there in front of the hotel. Caused me to be a little bit late appointment. I would just expect a higher level of customer service at a hotel of this quality.

    See coffee comment above. Would love a warmer pool temperature.

    Breakfast was really good. Prefer a different brand of coffee. Say an Italian brand. Starbucks is really garbage and not appropriate for the Hilton brand.

    Valet parking is TOO expensive $39.. UGH!! Even OMNI Barton Creek has SELF PARKING Options.. my husband was MAD about that one thing.

    LOVEC IT ALL!! Especially, the remodel, VERY comfortable BED!! Best of ALL, MY emotional support small dog, Kevin, could FINALLY stay at the Park Cities Hilton. It has kept us from coming for years’. Deal Breaker for US!!

    My flight was delayed considerably, so I arrived very late (after midnight) and tired. I had been on and off of various airplanes for the past 12 hours, but there was no food available at that hour. I checked in and went to my room (for two nights). The room smelled terrible. I was so tired I considered staying in it, but then thought twice (worried that me and all of my belongings would smell like a moldy locker room by morning), so I went downstairs and got another room. The next room still had a faint foul odor, but was much better and I was tired, so I went to bed. The walls were very thin, and I could hear my neighbor's television, which was not ideal. I was awoken about 5 hours later by a chirping smoke detector, which was not in my room but was very audible. It would beep every 32 seconds, and I was not able to fall back to sleep. That was night one. Night two was uneventful until I went to go take a shower at around 7:30 am and there was no hot water. Cold water would come from the sink, but no hot water would come from the sink. The shower was only providing a very small amount of cold water (not even enough for a cold shower). I called the desk, and they said they were aware of the issue, which was affecting the whole hotel, and working on it but could not provide any estimated time for when the hot water would be back on. I had an appointment, so I needed to leave, but I very much wanted to shower first. About two hours later, the hot water came on (which I only knew because I was checking myself every 10 minutes or so).
