I came back up to our room from the beach midday our 4th day there and the door to our room was ajar. I assume the cleaning ladies accidentally left it open. I quickly looked over our things and nothing was missing. I alerted the front desk staff on my way back to the beach.

We liked everything. It was our second time staying and we just can’t get enough. I know there are hundreds of other hotels to choose from in Fort Lauderdale but I doubt I will ever stay somewhere else.

The bathroom was not as clean as there was hair in the shower. I did not like the color of the water even though there was a note about the water for the hotel.

I love the view of the beach and the room size. We love the bar staff and service, they were very friendly and the small bites were delicious.

The kitchen is not fully stocked to be able to cook and when you do get items, it is not adequate. I would prefer a Keurig. The coffee items provided is not enough.

Loved the view and the space of the room. I did not know you had to ask for kitchen utensils and when they bring them, it is only a small amount. Other than that, the service members were amazing. I would consider staying again.

Check in was terrible. I understand the 400pm check in , but people come from all over the world and have been up all hours and willing to pay for a half day extra to get in a room to sleep and rest. I waited 4 hours for just a room and willing to pay. But had to remain in lobby and watch others check in.

We only had our room cleaned once during our stay in spite of requesting it three times - twice at the front desk and once texting with a manager. We ran out of TP, towels, and coffee as a result.

Room, Beach, Pool, and Restaurant were all great.

our first room was on the 16th floor and had a fantastic view. we were 10 feet away from the elevator and it was extremely loud due to people not using indoor voices. it’s understandable and the staff moved us to the 23 floor. same room, but not as good of a view. also we were now 19 feet from the housekeeping closet…. we were woken up every morning at 8am to very loud conversations and banging around from the cleaning staff. things happen, but it was just a huge annoyance as we were on our first vacation in awhile and wanted to sleep in later than usual.

Lounge chairs included in the resort fee but not the umbrella, paying 30$ for umbrella was a rip off. Parking fee 55$ per night. Despite paying resort fee upfront through booking.com hotel charged me again for resort fee. They returned it once I complained.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Pool was great.

The staff was attentive and always with a good attitude. The location was great as well! The building was clean and the views from the wrap around balcony was beautiful. I would recommend this location and Hilton for anyone staying on the beach.

The woman who checked us in was rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable. This was our first contact, and if we had not already paid for the room, I would’ve walked out. She was much more concerned with the food her friend brought her than paying attention to checking us in. She should NOT be working as the initial point of contact for customers.

Our room was beautiful. The location was great. The chair and um fella offers on the beach were so pleasant. The pool/jacuzzi area with waitress service was phenomenal.

The one thing I didn’t like was that the kitchen in the room was not stocked with kitchen utensils/pots and pans. We went to the store to be able to make some food in the room but there were no oven trays, pots or pans, spatulas, pizza cutter etc. You would expect that with a full kitchen.

I loved the pool. We loved the proximity to the beach and how easy it was to walk across and get chairs. It was a fantastic stay. Also, the bed was super comfortable.

I did not like that I was not able to have a better room. Changing would cost us more. It was fine because I was with my son but I expected a bit more flexibility from the hotel since I was staying a co side table number of days. The water delivery was inconsistent too.

The smoke and fire alarms in the room were set to flash lights all night making it hard to sleep if you're sensitive to lights. The bathroom door could have used a better stopper to keep it from loudly banging on the porcelain tub each time the door swung closed.
