The hotel has been refurbished & overall quite well done. The elevators could be spruced up a bit on the inside. We stayed on a Thursday & Friday night. The room rate was $200+ for the first night and jumped to $400 for the second night. I feel this is price gouging that is geared for the cruise ship customer who are awaiting their departures on Sat. $200 a night is the high end for the room. For the many Canadians who are using the hotel there is a 40% exchange rate to add on. Granted I was aware of the approximate cost for 2 nights.65

We liked the proximity of the hotel to the airport & cruise port, which was our destination. Hotel shuttle was great, local shopping & dining was quite sufficient. Separate company on site for cruise port shuttle. Pool was very nice & onsite restaurant was good.

They really need to get the elevators fixed, they only have 1 working. You take in a lot of cruise guests, so it get's crowded when you trying to leave or come in and only 1 elevator.

It's convenient to the cruise port. Also good location for restaurants. They have renovated the rooms and they are nicer and cleaner.

The cruise port transportation wasn't handled all that great. And it was more expensive than another hotel we stayed at of equal distance.

Check in was easy. The property, though very clean, was a bit disappointing for the price of the room. We paid for breakfast separately and this was hot, quite varied and tasty. Hotel is located near to food outlets and a large outdoor Mall is within walking distance. We were able to book transport to the Cruise Port from the hotel.

Close to shops and restaurants! We stayed overnight and a heads up learn from us to call the hotel when you arrive for the shuttle! We were standing there for a while. It was easier for the shuttle heading to the airport!

In the vathroom it needed some paint touching up my a/c would not shut off. I guess you hsve to request your room to be cleaned daily. A few of rhe towels needed to be thrown away.

We were happy to be located near the airport and cruise port. The shuttle service to the hotel was great. Breakfast in the morning was satisfying. The accommodation was very nice and the staff friendly and helpful, even before we arrived! The lobby area was comfortable and beautifully appointed, which made the time between check-out and the appointed time to board our cruise ship so pleasant.

Shower very poorly designed as bathroom floor quickly flooded. Breakfast dining room poorly staffed. The 2 sisters who were the only waitresses but were still friendly & efficient. Not really up to Hilton standards

The food was way to expensive for what little they give you. My food was a bun with 6 pieces of steak and some onions and about 5 steak fries. $18. Crazy. Better off grabbing a can and going to Friday's or one of the others nearby.

The single bed room, the king mattress is hard as a brick!!!!!!! Also, there is construction going on and I get it there are upgrades that are needed but, it's a real inconvenience to all the guest because they are down to only one elevator.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I love the fact that they have tea in the rooms too because not everyone is a coffee drinker the location is great but the parking was not good enough there was hardly enough space to park and you also have to pay for breakfast...

The hotel is undergoing some renovations and this as such wasn't a problem, but the fire alarm went off several times, luckily before I was sleeping, although the last time was at 11 PM. This was due tot he renovation work, but still annoying and the staff didn't have good information about what was going on.

The location is close to the airport and the surroundings have a good choice for food and shopping, especially for this area.

Outdated decor was unexpected for a hotel with the Hilton brand.

The Hotel was located nearby shops just off the main highway. (As the weather was very hot it was more difficult to walk to the shops and local Steakhouse with no shade anywhere). The hotel was reasonably comfortable with a very large room overlooking the pool, but the room decor looked very tired, and not up to the 'Hilton' standard. The pool was out of action during our stay, so you couldn't have a swim in the hot weather. However, the staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly when we needed to do some laundry and the dryer wouldn't work, they organised for our clothes to be dried, which was really wonderful. Overall, a comfortable stay. The bus shuttle was prompt and ensured everyone was able to get to the cruise port on a timely manner.

We were reimbursed for the cost of a taxi from the airport at 4 am The inn provided shuttle service back to the airport We enyoyed late night flatbread pizzas -very good! The staff provided us bottle waters and were exremely accomodating providing a second night stay in the same room.
