The shampoo dispenser was missing its squirting pump and couldn't get any shampoo out of the bottle. The Hotel was completely full and there wasn't a lot of hot water at 10:00. I took a shower earlier the next morning and it was great. I am a lighting designer and I do not like cool white lighting in sleeping quarters. Maybe at the desk and maybe at the front door, but nowhere else. It messes with one's circadian rhythm and tells your brain that it is daytime. It also is not warm and inviting.

Great breakfast and reasonably priced. great morning crew. Rooms had everything we needed. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Receptionist was very personable and helpful.

Accessibility to the location was a little difficult but once we figured it out it was alright.

The breakfast is not worth the expense and it is serve in a room so cold that you need your jacket on the whole time. It’s so cold that the receptionist has a portable heater with her. The pool and jacuzzi is gross, rusty and old.

Rooms need more lights and mirrors and outlets. I didn’t like the cost of the breakfast. I think it’s over priced. Or needs to be set up differently.

It was stressful when we could not reach the hotel for 4 days before our stay to confirm connecting rooms. Front desk claimed their phones were down, which was odd for that many days. When we checked in they assigned us to a room that a customer extended their stay, it was a surprise for us & current customer cat. Then they assigned us to another room where they asked us to not use the restroom for a few hours because they just fixed bathroom. When asked about compensation they said Manager offered none.

Our grand children loved the pool and we all loved the cleanliness of the rooms.

The facility was a bit dated . The bathroom door was jamming and was hard to open and close and was about a foot opened at the bottom of the door no privacy all smells and potty noise could be heard in the entire room. Upstairs smells of a older structure.

The TV remote did not work seamlessly. It took several minutes, including calls and trips to the front desk, to figure it out. I should be able to power on the TV with the remote and proceed to a screen that is familiar.

My stay was a good one. The rooms were very clean, the front desk staff were pleasant. The only reason I didn't put 10/10 is because I did request a room to meet my needs. I have a herniated disc and requested a room on the first floor but instead was given a room at the far end of the hallway on the 3rd floor. Not going to lie, that sucked .. but I was so exhausted when I arrived I didn't have it in me to fight it.. I know that room availability is always hard when there are events going on, but I did have a friend that came with us and he ended up getting a room that was on the second floor so I can only imagine that there were rooms lower. I believe someone else checked in before us too and got a room on the first floor. My only suggestion would be to be more mindful of the notes that customers put in the system, they are important. The bed was very comfortable thought thank you.

remote for TV didn’t work. maintenance came Saïd it worked and left. ultimately the stay was with a very temperamental remote and disappointed guests. maintenance was no help

Nothing really, but the few homeless people on the property behind adjacent to the hotel was a bit bothersome.

The chef/cook was the most pleasant and personable person there. He was super friendly, kind, and a great all around guy to have representing the hotel. He seemed to enjoy his job and was happy to be there to assist the patrons.
