The shower water pressure was not good. Took a while to get hot water. Also I didn’t feel stable taking my shower in a bathtub Bathroom lighting wasn’t good

We loved the way they treated our dog. Staff were very kind and helpful. We also loved how they gave our dog treats.

When I checked in, I was informed that I did not have a reservation. Fortunately, there were rooms available, and I was able to book a room for 3 nights. They double charged me for the first night. I am working with Hilton to remove the double charge.

The entire 5th floor smelled like sewage, faucets in bathroom dripped, toilet paper was like sand paper, room fixtures were out of date.

The breakfast not being included in the stay was really weird. $12, if you just wanted some cereal or something small for breakfast? Instead my wife and I went to Black Bear Diner and spent less for 4x the food. Everything was great but the breakfast situation was weird. It was like the hotel was trying to set up a restaurant directly in the hotel lobby.

Hotel was overbooked so we ended up with a double queen room rather than the king we had selected. We were given extra Hilton Honors points to make up for this but it was disappointing. We were in town celebrating my birthday and had the weekend to ourselves. Hubby and I ended up sleeping in separate beds because we like to stretch out. Room was very cramped/small. Shower pressure left much to be desired. Seemed like anytime someone else in the hotel flushed/used water, the pressure would drop The room we ended up with was on the back side of the hotel and as the evening went on, the noise from the interstate was significantly noticeable. Between that and folks going back and forth between rooms to visit one another, children running/skipping in tow, it was tough to get to sleep. There was a large group staying and some of the group were noisy late into the night(though they did quiet down after I spoke with the front desk). If I had known in advance that a large group was staying for a family reunion, I'd have chosen a different location where we could've had the room we actually booked and had a little more peace and quiet.

Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and eager to serve. Check-in was a breeze, as was check-out. We chose the hotel for quick access to Kauffman Stadium and shopping. The breakfast was great. Loved the choice of doing buffet style or ordering off of a menu. Food selections, though limited, are very good. Our breakfast was included in our reservation, but even if it weren't, the prices are reasonable. Liked that the room had a Keurig, microwave and fridge. Beds were pretty comfortable and clean.

It’s outdated. the wallpaper is old and peeling, showers are Luke warm at best, and they are understaffed (per the front desk lady) and can’t do room service daily.

the location is very centralized. Seth, who works the front desk, is amazing very kind and thoughtful. They are lucky to have him.

The sound the toilet made when flushed. SO LOUD and it lasted FOREVER (I guess the length it took to fill the tank). There was a black ring around the shower drain. Maybe permanent, maybe mold. I didn't want to know.

I thought so.e breakfast would have been gratis. But there was a menu which is good and the buffet was 7.00 which is good. But the actual bill was 2 people for $20. Not sure what was up with that. And I did not ask. Dog area was out of bags .

More front desk staff. Also, I booked and paid fully for 2 rooms for 2 nights but the hotel only showed 1 room for 2 nights. They were able to get me the 2nd room but still charged me for it though I told them I had already paid. Very frustrating.

It was very close to the Cable Dahmer Atena and many good restaurants and stores. Very friendly staff, but only 2 working the front desk and they were swamped with the crowd of incoming and outgoing visitors. They never became upset & were very accommodating.

Due to the location being kind of far away, it will take quite long to get an Uber, about 20 minutes wait for every time I needed to use it, if you are driving there is nice large parking space so is not a problem.

Large room with very comfortable desk that was perfect for work, nice office chair. A large one-sitter couch with foot rest was a very nice surprise, sitting and relaxing watching TV there with a cup of coffee was pretty great. Super comfortable bed, nice soft and clean sheets and very quiet area, and the attached restaurant is amazing !

That we were basically forced to leave another hotel only to arrive here with only time to sleep and check out.

We checked in at 2 am, due to issues with another hotel. I felt more comfortable at a Hilton. They even gave us a late checkout at no charge

I had booked a suite and paid in full but when we arrived we were told there were no suites available.

Almost everything. We enjoyed the walking trail behind the hotel. The staff was all friendly.
