Unfortunately the shower door was broken, and the fitness center could use some updating, adding of equipment, and make it 24 hours -it was full every morning during my stay.

Very convenient location as I was in town for a conference at the convention center. Staff were friendly, and it was comfortable.

The swimming pool area was not as pleasant as I thought would be.

Very close to the convention center, the bedroom is very spacious, with excellent shower pressure, nice staff, free coffee and water.

The room was not quite clean and there was not much in the way of necessities on property which was difficult since there is not a pharmacy or convenience store close by.

The only minor thing was if you’re by the elevator/main fence closet it is very loud and the bed was a little hard/uncomfortable.

The kitchen/restaurant staff kept bickering among each other most mornings of my stay making for a bit of an uncomfortable breakfast/start to the day. There is almost nothing right around the hotel, so you can't quite go out and do something fun easily.

The main good thing was that it was close to the convention center, which was the venue for my work conference. Other than that it wasn't particularly spectacular. Also, since there's not much around, it is a quiet stay.

the hotel does not have shuttle service to the airport and the staff at the front desk could not provide any information regarding public transportation--regardless if there is or how convenient/inconvenient it is--simply nothing other than "taxi" or "Uber" which we don't have to ask them. Without shuttle or public transportation, the cost to stay in this hotel is significantly increased. In my case it was $90 while for the entire stay it was roughly $390. some front desk staff member's attitude was not helpful enough.

That two weeks before we arrived we were told we could check in at 10:00 a.m. we get there no rooms are clean we're waiting at the bar in area the bar has no cash for us to even spend any money it was a disaster from 10:00 to 3:00 just to be honest

Every other hotel we use has free breakfast. So that was disappointing. 2- the housekeepers on the floor we stayed on were outright RUDE. I asked if we could get some sugar for the room. This young housekeeper was on her phone w personal call. Whelp she waved hee hands up on my face starting to speak non English at me, throws her board at me like no I ain’t helping you lady I’m too busy cleaning empty rooms. I stay at allot of places so this was first time staff was just too young too rude. If she’s that overwhelmed cleaning she needs a new job

Noisy hotel. Something above us made a constant noise ALL DAY and night. It has to be a generator or something because the elevator can't be thar noisy.
